From the moment I made a decision to purchase from Lennar, the whole experience was flawless and stress free. I started with Scott, the loan officer who was amazing, for the preapproval. He kept me informed through that whole process. Then I dealt with Susan the underwriter and she was great. I still cannot believe from start to finish, the whole process was done in 3 weeks. I am astonished. I have been recommending Lennar as my experience was awesome.

The house was completed when I viewed it. However, I went through the home with a fine tooth comb looking for areas not finished to my standards. Found (1) item and it was already in the cut sheet to repair. Everything from the salesperson to closing went extremely smooth and I closed on the house in less than 30 days. Everyone was a consummate professional! Highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

So I will start from the beginning. We came to Milos Haven to look at a townhome. I suffer from major depressive disorder and major anxiety and the list goes on so coming to look at a town home was not something that I wanted to do. Our sales rep. Sung was a wonderful person right from the start and that made me safe around him. Sung showed us the models gave us some options and kept us in the loop until we were able to purchase a townhome at Milos Haven, Sung answered all my questions and even educated me a little about the area and the home. I felt very comfortable talking to Sung and he made everything go as smooth as possible. We have been living here now for 42 days and everyone that we have meet from Lennar has been just great to deal with. The person that we did the walk through with was Conner and he showed us everything we needed to know about the home and he did not rush us. Conner was very friendly and professional. If we called the office with a question it was either answered immediately or within a reasonable amount of time. We had to speak to Linwood recently about getting a few minor adjustments made and again very friendly, helpful and professional. So far anyone that we have spoken to at Lennar has always been very helpful, friendly and positive. The Lennar team was amazing. From my first meeting with Heidi, I knew this was gonna be the place I call home. She answered all my questions and helped me navigate the process. I was very in decisive on which house plan I wanted and probably visited with Heidi 10 times before making a decision, she was super patient and understanding . Then I started the mortgage process with Laura, who probably has a million loans going at one time but she made me feel like I was her only customer. Laura answered all of my questions and knows her stuff which gave me confidence I made the right choice using Lennar Mortgage. I got consistent updates from Lisa who made this process so much fun and gave me something to look forward to. Lisa made herself available to me at anytime and always got back to me promptly. Shane walked me through my home pre-closing and explained all of the functions and pointed out final touches (I didn’t even notice) that he would make, then made sure I was happy with the home prior to closing. I have had no issues 90 days in however Mike, my warranty person has been extremely responsive and professional if I have any questions post close. From Sales to Closing, it was a smooth experience. We requested to close the home in 3 weeks and it happened. No bottle necks!!

I purchased a Lennar home that was already completed do to timing issues with the sale of my home. Doing this on my own for the first time, I sought out Lennar because of a good experience in VA with a Lennar home we bought in 2017. I’m enjoying my new home and everyone at Lennar and their suppliers has been kind, courteous and responsive to any issues or questions I have had in these first two months.

Loved the entire home buying process with Lennar.

Our sales rep Heidi was honest, up front and genuinely seemed to care about our family. The construction manager, Kyle, and his team were thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. Lisa, the liaison, was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The warranty team, led by Gil, have also been very responsive and been very helpful.

We couldn’t have been less pressured, more valued, and more accommodated than with the team at Milos Haven.

Lennar made it happen, Heidi was the first stop. From day one, to close Lennar made the process way TOO easy!! Thank you Lennar!!

So far so good---Everything is working.

We love the home we bought. Love the area and the neighbors. The issues we had with the home after closing are all in the process of being fixed. The home seems to be very well construction. Time will tell.

Can not say enough about the support provided by the Lennar Team we had on this journey. Their knowledge, passion and focus on providing us the most positive home-buying experience possible was unmatched. Heidi, Lisa and Conner were absolutely fantastic from the beginning and up until we were able to call this beautiful place home. If we could rate this experience with Lennar more than 5 stars we would!

I can't say enough to express my gratitude for Laura, Ashley, Lisa, and Hannah. There were LOTS of questions and handholding that was always met with a quick response and kindness. They went over and above my father and I appreciate it!!

First let me start by saying Ashlee our Sales Rep and Shane our Superintendent were fantastic. I heard not so great things about Lennar in the northern part of our state which caused me to hesitate purchasing. The division and community in which we bought are amazing. My only regret was not purchasing sooner.

Lennar was very professional and helpful in the home buying process. They walk you through step by step with the process.

This is our 3rd new home in the last 30 years. We are really happy with every phase of our experience with Lennar ,our sales consultant and purchase, quality of construction and attention to detail inside and outside of the home and imagination of design packages with everything included made it easy . Quality control and care given after our home was delivered was excellent. Our team , Katie, Jamie, and Chris were excellent to work with and are an asset to Lennar.
