Beautiful house at reasonable price. LENNAR team was responsive and accommodating. The loan officer Gene, was professional, attentive and kind. Through the closing process he was patient and kind and this was extremely important and made the process less stressful. Very happy for my purchase. One important thing is that I would have like to received more clarity on the HOA - they are not as responsive.

2nd home purchased at Oak Hammock in DeLand. Great deal on the house, great salesperson (once again, Madison Schuster comes through) and the closing process was smooth (thank you Kristen Koener). House was professionally inspected pre-close and our inspector remarked how well built the house was. We may just buy one or two others there!

We were looking for a winter home in FL near family and Lennar homes was a good investment for our purposes. We also got a very nice house for a great price. We are still moving into the house but all seems to be very good so far.

I was impressed with the level of detail the builder gave to the house to make it my ideal dream home. The process was smooth and all minor issues were addressed during the final walk-through or within our 30-day grace period. Lennar is a great builder and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home with technology and great house fixtures.

Warranty service is very prompt and helpful. Happy with the new home. Finance- Due to back surgery, I have moved from a bigger two-story home to one story new home within which is 10 mins away. Lennar Finance gave me real hard time at the last moment assuming that I would be using this property as investment property NOT as my primary resident. I explained my motivation to go to a downsized home in the same area only to avoid climbing stairs due to my back surgery. They asked me too many evidences to establish the fact at the last moment, it put me on stress. They need to improve this process, could have asked me at the beginning. ... Más

I had a great experience buying a new Lennar home. I appreciate that when issues did come up they were quick to be addressed. Everyone at the Rivington development went above and beyond when needed to ensure my family was well taken care of. I would definitely purchase another Lennar home.

This is my second property at the same community. Their processes and service went downhill. Quality is not as good as my first property. For example, floor, countertops, details to finish the house to mention a few. Also, they didn't include features that I got from the first house in order to 'save' a few dollars. A month later, I still requesting new services claiming warranty of some issue. By the way, my first home was bought on 07/23 and the second home on 05/24. So, there's not even a year of difference.

Great builder, the materials of the house are very good, the kitchen appliances are equipped, and even the washing machine and dryer are included，The blinds of the all windows have also been installed，And the security system of the “ring” is also equipped。

Quality of the products is below the asked price. For example: poor quality flooring tiles, cabinets quality are terrible. Some terminations are very sloppy. Definitely needs better quality productos and attention to details.

I love the fact that EVERYTHING was included.

Bought new home. Overall happy with home, but things to be aware of. 1. AC system was undersized by 1 Ton. Took a month to get someone to acknowledge, believe and do something about. 2. Yard wasnt levled and prepared correctly. One whole back corner wasnt cut down and mowed until days before close. It is a sinkhole now, waiting for this to be fixed almost 2 months after close. 3. Attic insulation was shorted by 4"-6" - how is this missed at inspections? 4. Quality of some items is less than builder grade 5. Neighborhood warranty person is great, they have to fight upstream against company to get things done right House was a good price and value, but these items should in no way have been missed at multiple inspections. From a construction standpoint, the house was pretty well built. I’ve been here for roughly 3 months now and I’ve had barely any issues. As far as the sales standpoint, my real estate agent was able to work closely with Paul and get the deal done in a timely manner The only drawback I had was with the Mortgage department within Lennar. They were unethical aspects that occurred during my Purchase because there was a huge rush to get my home closed by February 28th. This was due to the concept that Lennar end of year allocation was due on the same day. With that being said, I felt like my mortgage officer made more of a push to get the house sold Weiss to caring about my needs or helping me through the process. Moving forward, I would not mind purchasing a home from Lennar based off of the house and the foundation in which it was built as some time and care was put into. It’s a construction. The home my wife and I purchased we absolutely love. It is definitely a great value and a lot thought and intention went behind the design. Solid materials are used and the only critique about the property itself would be the low quality interior paint, definetely recommend repainting the interior to a scuff resistant paint. However, the home buying process was very hectic. To get the best deal we had to sign all the contract paperwork in less than 36 hours and some of the paperwork wasn't received until a few hours before the deadline. Additionally, since Lennar is such a big company the left hand didn't seem to know what the right was doing. We were told to speak to one person for updates and then forwarded to another person. We would seek simple information and not receive an answer for a few weeks. Some questions didnt get answered until a few days before closing. To get all the closing credits from Lennar we also had only 30 days to close which made everything really hectic. The 30 days wouldn't have been as bad if we received prompt responses and were better guided through the process. On our closing day we came back to the home for the first time to see someone had left poop in one of our bathrooms. We reported it and were immediately contacted by management who did apologize and advise that the matter was being investigated. However it left a sour taste in our mouths in what was supposed to be a joyous day. ... Más
