Lennar was transparent about all options

It's been great so far dealing with Lennar since our closing. They have addressed our issues and concerns.

Rocío our realtor was amazing and very professional, Carlissa was walked Nice on helping us navigate the loan process and made is fill at esse. The person who showed us the house was patience with us as we walked through it, he was very kind and professional too. Homebuying was easy and everyone was professionally helpful in making process stress free.

The only issue is the HOA. Not friendly and slow to respond. Never return phone calls , only respond by text. After submitting all required documents as well as paid the fee consistently keep asking for more documents and money has totally discouraged me from moving forward with getting a fence for my dog. I love the home and the mortgage process from sales to closing was perfect. My maintenance request are taken care of immediately, all very professional and friendly. Would absolutely refer to family, friends and co workers.

There are times that you encounter visiting a business or having service or ordering goods when the customer service is outstanding. You never forget that experience. You tell people about it. We lived in Texas during the process. Much of our experience was done virtual. Everyone could not have been more gracious and helpful. We requested updates and pictures of the homes progress and they starting sending them to us every Friday. It was incredible.

Simply smooth and amazing experience

Easy to work with and very quick to respond.

I was staying in a hotel after selling my home and wanted to move in quickly. Ethan was able to get my home finished early. KC with Lennar Mortgage finished up my financing and a quick closing date was set. The house has been great and I haven’t had any issues.
