After searching, applying and preparing for months, I received the key to my new home in the Wynnstone neighborhood. My brand new 5 bedroom 3 bath home features Energy Star appliances and modern heating and cooling systems. It’s a new build so the roof and other structural items have been inspected twice to prevent early maintenance issues. The community pool and playground for the kids haven’t been installed but will be a plus once operable. The LENNAR builders, consultant Bun Kaing, finance team led by Denise Carlin, and the title team les by Sheree Shearey were awesome throughout the 7-month process. They worked with me and guided me through the few hiccups to ensure I purchased the home that I wanted. Lennar's "Everything's Included" model offers a simplified and inclusive buying process with standard features, however, they limit customization options like interior paint color, screen porches, and landscaping options other than mulch. Lennar also charge quarterly HOA fees & a monthly CDD fee plus an additional admin fees for home maintenance/ home improvement requests. My experience with Lennar was very smooth and fast

The model I brought is one that I wanted for long time. It is bad that Lennar does not allowed buyers to choose a refrigerator models of choice. They did not provided the appliances for the next gen apartment. They do not provided a welcome package to orient you where to go for utilities etc. They did not provided blinds. House lacks sufficient cabinets.

We are not new to the home-buying rodeo, in fact, this was the 4th home we have bought since 1985 and by far, buying with Lennar was the best experience we have had with any other builder, or at any price-point. When we approached the Lennar home rep we already had 2 other builders about to work with us, but Lennar beat them both by calling us on our way back home while I was driving to get us prequalified, what a pleasant surprise! It was close to 11pm and the Lennar rep stayed with us all the way until he got us qualified! We also had a firm deadline to move out of our previous home, and Lennar magically got us approved AND closed in less than two weeks, I am sure no other builder would have done that. Every single Lennar employee who assisted us on this journey was immensely helpful and professional, and somehow they were able to offer us better pricing than the original quote, and in record time. I’m so excited that I bought the new house at the McLeod community area. From the beginning to the end, it was flawless process from the loan officer to the closing. I haven’t seen anything change from the commitment standpoint since I bought the home. I’m very happy with the community and the people who live there.

For me, buying a house with Lenar was a very short experience. It was easy. They have super trained staff and they will help you every step of the way! I recommend it 100%
