My home buying for me was a great experience. I had no issues with the sales person the contractors. My realtor was very great all of the personnel that handled everything that needed to be done with my home buying was excellent. I had a few hiccups, but nothing major and it was resolved in a timely manner, I would prefer Leonard to all of my family and friends. The price of the house was excellent in my price range that I was looking for everything was just great and I am just loving my new home. I am a first time homebuyer and it was a great experience for me and I just want to thank all of Leonard’s personnel. I love my home by Lennar. I am happy with Lennar my only complaint they did not put Gutters on all the homes as I can see Meritage Homes Builder did with the homes they build on the other side of Lennar community. Even if the gutters were wrapped in the purchase price would have been a good thing.

The process was very easy and streamlined. Most of the process was online and convenient…even my closing was online. Great staff from sales, lending, quality control to vendors. They were very responsive to any question or issue I had. I’m extremely happy with my decision

We started out with so many questions and not thinking we were ready to buy. Our loan officer gave us the reality of where we were in the home buying experience and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Lennar continuously sent us emails of what’s next, the portal was very helpful to keep up with things, very user friendly and straight forward. Even after closing we received check in calls. After living in our home two months now…I can tell you it was nicely build and designed. We get a lot of compliments when we get visitors. Well prices, great layout, great customer service from all of the Lennar team members. I recommend them everytime someone ask about new construction or home ownership. Glad I chose them. Great experience with Lennar and the team.

Great home design, great price, great overall experience. Would suggest that Lennar sell their homes without Lennar’s kitchen and bathrooms and offer an option for owner to put in their own kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, appliances etc. after purchase.

This builder is great, I know everyone have a different experience in my humble opinion. They are really good at what they do. They made the process easy they use a top quality material. They keep you posted on new updates. Everybody should know about them.

My overall experience was satisfactory.The sales personals were on point and polite and very helpful.
