Everyone from was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions and all were answered. It is a beautiful area and the homes are very beautiful too.

Lennar, as a production builder, has truly impressed me with their commitment to addressing issues and demonstrating respect for their customers' concerns. While just about no home is perfect, I can confidently say that our home is exceptionally well-built. Lennar's responsiveness to warranty requests has been outstanding, leaving me with a sense of confidence and trust in their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Lennar made everything so easy. Ken and Danny were always available if I needed anything. Now that I’ve moved in I just love it! Beautiful and well constructed home with absolutely gorgeous landscaping throughout the community.

Lennar was great to work with from the time I started looking and continues to be very responsive to requests and needs. Brandon found the home for me and helped get it closed quickly. Marco walked me through lending all the way to closing, standing by every thing he promised. Miles and Guillermo have been most helpful on any repairs or requests after moving in. Quality of construction appears to be great, no issues so far! I do wish they would change the source for appliances. Overall they work but if I had to rate the appliances would be a low rating. I believe working with your sales person Kimberly was great as she was very helpful and understanding. I had a medical issue and your area concierge and title personnel were also very helpful and supportive. So the overall buying and closing process was great. My disappointment now is with the Lennar decision to use Fision and Hotwire which is overpriced for the service received and the stupid HOA billing process.

My Realtor at Lennar Mr. Brandon Hopay was great. The Finance Team was great to work with and I closed early on the house (Super Effort). The Club House the Pool and Jacuzzi have been great along with my house. The Gentleman taking care of the poolside amenities, chairs, tables, umbrellas and cleaning everything he was amazing. He cleaned up like it was his own house very detailed and through. Thank you, that really it means a lot to me. My last house purchase was a Lennar house in Winchester, Ca.

buying and closing were stress free. Got to walk house before closing and get problems corrected. one item not able to correct was that the hose bibs are in wrong locations. the front hose bib is on the opposite side of the house from the garage.

I have recently purchased my second home with Lennar, one in SC and now in Florida. I had both homes inspected prior to purchasing and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased with the home and the community and would recommend purchasing a home with Lennar.

Hello, well, almost everything was wonderful, until I found a damaged kitchen drawer on the second walk-through. Submitted a service ticket. I got the response from the agent that Lennar does not cover that. Wow, what a surprise. The agent sent me to the kitchen cabinet company, Distinctive Kitchens and Baths, and left a message. will see what happened.

Pricewise is good but respinsiveness to issues take longer than we expected

Buying process was great. Unfortunately issues on the drain occur at our first stay. Flooded the main room.

We are happy with the home itself and we appreciate the prompt responses to maintenance issues during the first thirty days. What we did not enjoy was the homebuilders process where everything had to be uploaded to a portal and then there was a separate portal for closing.

Our sales person, Kimberly, was wonderful. We felt comfortable with her and that she was giving all the information we needed. Mortgage was another strory and that has been a big problem for Lennar for years. This is our 3rd Lennar home and the mortgage dept. is always a issue. Closing for the most part was good. We were told we would get our $5000 deposit check back at closing, we didn't receive it for about 2 weeks later and 20 phone calls. Also, no deed in the package and no real introduction to obtaining services at the amenties center. Warranty with Guilmero is the best Lennar has done in years. He know his business, responds as to what needs to be done and how to address it. Right now, we have a issue with warranty and they want a virtual phone meeting. We find that totally unacceptable. We are thrilled with our home and the community. It is absolutely gorgeous! The home buying process was fairly smooth and short -- we had about three weeks from purchase to close. The only disappointment was our salesperson in the site's sales office, who gave us several pieces of misinformation about the property and community. She was not very helpful and our realtor had to do a lot of the work.

Loan processors were available to answer questions at any time. Knowledgeable and professional people

The process to submit documentation for our mortgage was tedious. We had very few issues with the building process, although we are in the process of getting a tile repair done. We wish the windows were of better quality because there is a lot of condensation on them with the cold outside and heat inside. The appliances are very basic and we did replace all of them. We are very happy with the "bones" of our home and feel it is sturdy and of quality construction. We are overall very happy with our new home.
