My home-buying experience was such a memorable journey, and I'm so grateful for everyone who helped make it possible. Buying a home can definitely come with its share of emotions, questions, and unexpected moments, but overall, I'm incredibly thankful for how everything came together. I especially want to recognize Liz, the listing agent. She was absolutely amazing throughout the process! Liz was professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. She communicated clearly, helped keep things moving, and was always willing to answer questions or provide clarity when needed. You could tell that she truly cared about making the process as smooth and positive as possible for everyone involved. What stood out most was how approachable and accommodating Liz was. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made such a difference during such an important milestone in my life. From start to finish I was guided through the process and educated on my home and how to care for it. As a first time home owner this was informative and empowering.

From my first visit and meeting Tracy to the end of getting my keys finally, this experience was wonderful as a first time buyer. Tracy was full of hope and secured that I can get my dream home. It was a lengthy process and at times will take a toll on you, but overall Lennar's team was on my side every step of the way. I really appreciate this entire experience and I highly recommend dealing with Tracy directly. You don't need a realtor. I did everything with Lennar.

The process was easy, the house beautiful and the good quality

The house is built well and Lennar is a great home builder. I am more than pleased with my house. My only complaint is the sod that was was planted in my yard is less than adequate. There are several spots that are not growing grass.

I reached out to Aidan with Lennar customer care, yesterday, and he responded quickly to instruct me to submit a warranty request for this. Once I submitted the request, Aidan forwarded it to the team right away. Then Daren, Assurance quality manager contacted me shortly indicating he will work with ***** to resolve the issue. The issue is resolved today. Thanks for their excellent services!

The entire process was smooth and easier than I expected. Cole was transparent and quick to respond. Joe the construction manager was helpful even after move in and very informative during walk through. It has been a great experience.
