Our home buying experience with Lennar was FLAWLESS!!!! From the moment we left Del Webb in disappointment, we decided to venture over to Lennar and see what you had available. We were greeted warmly by Jamie Masterheim who took the time to take us around by golf cart and answered all of our questions. After thirty years in commercial real estate, I have never encountered such a knowledgeable and well versed salesperson! We were cash buyers and Jamie took us through the entire process without a hiccup! Mitch at Lennar Title was also wonderful. He took care of us like he was working with a good friend. He was awesome! The Hotwire cable is horrible there rates are high the real bad part is no phone service outside the home the danger is no landline in home when cable is down and you have a emergency your in very very very life threatening situation

I purchased the Trevi Moldel a single family home for investment. Four bedrooms 3 full bath with pool spa and lake view. It was rented by the time I closed on it. Great value for the money. The sales person Jordan was great. The mortgage company very easy to deal with. The superintendent was very nice got the punch list done within a few days.

Initial Real estate person, Suzy, was incredible! Knowledgeable and helpful in every way -- very patient and personable. Second/third real estate person, Patti, was just as kind and helpful -- always pleasant and great at solving monumental "problems". Ozzie is simply the best! Can't give him enough Kudos -- always helpful and willing. Whole buying experience was "a piece of cake"!

This builder team including salespeople, construction managers and customer support members were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The sales team (Greg and Paul) for Valencia Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and make the process as seamless as possible. The construction team (Nate and Ozzie) listened to my concerns and made sure things were done right or corrected promptly. The follow-up after we closed has also been excellent. Everyone was very nice and showed us the different options we had for the square footage and type of home we had in mind. The house was done couple of weeks sooner than we expected. Also met a realtor at the office that listed our house for sale. Our house sold the first day it was listed, and he was very helpful in all aspects of our sale and purchase. Crew chief made sure any problems we found in the new build were taken care of quickly. We worked with a great bunch of people and we love our new house.

Great salesman and project management

Since the moment I went to the comunity at the first time, I knew it was the place where We (my family) should move.

The Ease to buy our home was smooth, had access immediately to all our documents. My only complaints was that home was dirty from the dust, behind fridge and stove was never cleaned even when building. You saw all the residue. And 3 weeks into moving in a had a plumbing leak. Had taken over 3 weeks to be completed. Although it’s being done the fact it’s taken so long is what I’m not ok with. I wish since they and I mean Lennar made big home I wish they considered when building that there would be a big family and to put and have room for larger items. ie bigger fridge more room in laundry for double washer and dryers with a sink. Other than that everything has been great. The house is great. Not much to complain about. I absolutely love my house! ... Más

From down payment to closing everyone at Lennar were professional, helpful and courteous in a quick and easy process.

So far so good. Closing on line while in another state was made extremely easy. I do feel like my home didn't get the final touches before I closed. Maybe because I wasn't here. I have some minor issues under warranty but so far they have been very responsive.
