We had a very positive experience. Maria explained the process and made us feel very comfortable. It was like we were talking to a friend. She gave us a lovely tour of the community and our future home. Jodyann was our concierge. We heard from her soon after we had our meeting with Maria. She explained what our next steps were and what to expect moving forward. She was so sweet. Cyle did the walkthrough with us. It was very informative, it included the maintenance of our home and what certain things were and gave us our warranty information. Kirk our builder was with Cyle, as we did the walkthrough. He was super nice and professional. You could tell he wanted us to be happy with the home he and his construction team had built. We closed in 25 days and the process was smooth. Great experience overall; I had a bad experience in the beginning with the home design; but the staff, construction team, and loan officer and processor was able to assist when needed and provide a great service. Overall I am very happy with my new home and the type of loan I was able to receive. Will definitively recommend it.

We love our home! Lennar has a process to assist from the moment you apply. Once our walk-through was complete, there were a few touch-ups here and there. The team handling this, Lissette specifically, was responsive and took no time to address our concerns. Holly with Lennar Mortgage was also amazing. She understands anxiety from buyers (us) and handles it like the pro she is. Oh, and the little details we have in our home are appreciated. The fridge is fingerprint-resistant... I LOVE IT!!!!!! We specifically purchased the home because we loved the floor plan, and everything included in the price. We originally looked at another builder in town, but they did not include a fridge or any blinds for the price they wanted, and their finishes were so plain. Lennar has really refined its entire process. Highly Recommend! ... Más
