I am very happy to buy new home from Lennar Sales manager, Keibby and construction manager, Fernando they are both good men and women They help me out step-by-step for building new homes and give you the answers all the time. Thanks for them.

Rachel was superb, she thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the complete Arden experience. She introduced me to Sean and Jennifer who were both excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way and made what can be the wirst part of the process a breeze. I did my walk through with Jasmine and everything was explained and demonstrated first hand, she was great. The process of getting the gate passes could be easier for new residence but the guards were excellent and understanding. This was our 3rd Lennar purchase!!!! You know the old saying 3rd time is a charm well it was exactly that!!! Fast and the least painful transaction I ever made because my wife had no idea it was a surprise she was in New York!!! She was very happy about it which was not a surprise, what’s not to love new house and 5 minute walk to our daughters house!!!

The construction team provided a great experience; the salesperson was friendly and made sure all details were clarified. They kept their promises and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this construction company for their professionalism during negotiations.

It was very Thank You easy purchasing our new property. A few items would make the improve Lennar for buyers. Paint is relatively inexpensive but labor is expensive. Use a really good quality paint. The laundry room is a good size but my wife is 5’2 and she can’t reach the only shelve. If you had provided stackable full size set, we would have built a lot more cabinets. What is up with the baby size garage? You can’t open a door to get out of your car. Plumbers cheaped it on the connections. Why? Positives good quality appliances make me not want to replace. Excellent sales experience with Agnes and very quick closing

The whole process was smooth. Wasn’t a hard pitch at all. Homes are made with the lowest grade quality though. Already need to do some basic renovations which is a disappointment. But other than that everyone is super nice and pretty responsive.
