Timbo has been awesome. He has addressed any of our concerns brought to his attention immediately. He explained what he would doing to correct any concerns in terms that we could understand. He has exceeded our expectations! We love our new home. It is everything we would hope that it be. This will be our forever home!

Lennar made the overall process fairly quick and easy because they have everything you need from a lender to insurance; we didn't have to go looking for anything which was nice since we moved from another state. Our house is beautiful and we're still in love with it after two months. The biggest thing for us was everyone was worked with Mark, Tanner, Nicole, Bridget, Lisa was knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and so nice. They all went out of their way to make things easy. I'd work with all of them again.

I thoroughly enjoyed buying a home from Lennar. The process was easy, especially, since I was living in another state. All the team members were extremely responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend Lennar homes.

Mark did what my real estate agent did not do. I used a financing program that is not is not normally used (USDA Single Family Homes). Most people are not familiar with it. This financing program requires that you purchase in certain areas. The USDA originally said that the location I had selected was within the required location but 2 months before closing they informed me that the location I selected was NOT within the required locations. I was devastated. I called Mark and my agent to let them know that I was not going to be able to purchase the home because of the location. While my agent accepted this, Mark did not. Mark called my contact at the USDA and was able to convince them that the home I was interested in did fall in the necessary location. Mark is an incredible asset to Lennar. I wish we had more Marks in the world!! I am so grateful for him. Mark held my hand through the whole home purchasing process. From the beginning everyone was kind and informative. The day I signed the contract until they day I closed everyone involved went above and beyond in making this a smooth transition. It had been 15 years since my last purchase and move but everyone made my experience a positive and I am glad that I chose Lennar.

My home buying experience was every bit of amazing, every step was as smooth as possible Kelli my agent was amazing along with Nichole and my realtor. Originally I planned to hold off on purchasing my home till next year and so many great incentives came down and it was all going so smooth me and my girls got into our home for Halloween. Thank you so much for everything you guys do to make the process amazing for first time buyers.

The most difficult part was the financing. The house is nice but they could have installed a tissue holder and in the kitchen used a better faucet. The front door could use a peep hole. Everyone in the process from financing to closing was nice and professional.

I just can’t get past the small door into the Master bath. They say law only requires one wheelchair accessible restroom door, but so what! Do you know what it costs to change it? Raise the initial price a couple hundred bucks and do it right! That is way, way cheaper than doing it later… Just my input on a weird situation.

From the start Melissa showed us several different floor plans that would suit our needs. We settled on one and the purchase process started. David took over and was great to work with. Several other Lennar employees were involved and they were all very nice and helpful. The overall purchase process was excellent. The quality of the home is a four (4.) That is due to the interior trim work being of a lesser quality than expected (not up to par with the model home.) And the fact that they offer no upgrades. What you see is what you get. From the selection of the floorplan, to the final through; it was a relief to have my hand held throughout it all.

Overall a very good experience from initial showing to closing. Everyone was positive, and answered any questions or concerns!! Timing was pretty much as estimated from start to finish!!

In an obvious attempt to keep costs down the quality between phases seems to decrease:( Eg: elimination of patios; elimination of front door e-locks; elimination of under.counter kitchen sink mounts; and elimination of double vanities in master bath. It took 2 months to get assigned mailbox. In the interim, it was necessary to drive to the post office daily.

My journey started with my husband and I just looking and dreaming. Credit wasn’t great. Meet Marcia, who walked us through Sagewood. She he told us about McKenzie Ridge. She was very helpful and really felt what we wanted. A couple weeks later we went to McKenzie Ridge where we met Lynn. She was so enthusiastic and made our experience exciting. She gave her loan officer my information and told me that she would help get us on the right track. If it wasn’t for Lynn’s enthusiasm, I wouldn’t have taken the steps to work towards my dream.
