On a 2021 visit with our daughter who lives in Cape Coral we noticed Heritage Landing, We stopped and picked up some information but there wasn't much to see. We began to get updates from the Lennar sales people and on future visits we toured some of the homes. We also sought information on Lennar homes in other area locations and for the past 2 years we became more serious about relocating and visited a lot of homes in other communities with a realtor. In June of this year we were at our granddaughter's baby shower and dropped by Heritage Manor to look at Lennar's advertised closeout homes and decided to make a purchase even though we would be a few months away from being able to actually relocate. All through this process the Lennar sales staff have been helpful, informative and always ready to provide us with answers to our questions. The closing process was virtual and wen smoothly. I would add that we compared the homes of many builders for style, quality and value as well as the pros and cons of living in a community like Heritage Landing or just a neighborhood without amenities to reach our decision. We had an inspection and the comment was this is one of the nicest new builds he had ever seen. The process for the loan was also outstanding. Plus the follow up for any issues quick and efficient. Highly recommend the Lennar team!
