It took the time to go over details, I loved everything!

Matt and Erik were very helpful in executing the purchase and answering any questions we had either on the clock or off the clock. Still moving in and enjoying the new facilities as they arise. And, the golf course is in great shape and getting better every day.

We stopped at an open house January 3rd and closed on our new home January 23rd. Brian, Lily, Ann, and several others expedited us through the system (including a VA Loan). Outstanding. Our only complaint is the garage door has never worked with anything except the wall buttun inside the garage.

My salesman Erik was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I really enjoy my condo, the golf and the community. Lennar has been very impressive.

I just moved in and the staff was the best, any issues were handled quickly. Would recommend highly.

On a 2021 visit with our daughter who lives in Cape Coral we noticed Heritage Landing, We stopped and picked up some information but there wasn't much to see. We began to get updates from the Lennar sales people and on future visits we toured some of the homes. We also sought information on Lennar homes in other area locations and for the past 2 years we became more serious about relocating and visited a lot of homes in other communities with a realtor. In June of this year we were at our granddaughter's baby shower and dropped by Heritage Manor to look at Lennar's advertised closeout homes and decided to make a purchase even though we would be a few months away from being able to actually relocate. All through this process the Lennar sales staff have been helpful, informative and always ready to provide us with answers to our questions. The closing process was virtual and wen smoothly. I would add that we compared the homes of many builders for style, quality and value as well as the pros and cons of living in a community like Heritage Landing or just a neighborhood without amenities to reach our decision. Our realtor Tommy was amazing from start to finish. Any question we had was answered very quickly! The home we bought is beautiful. We had an inspection and the comment was this is one of the nicest new builds he had ever seen. The process for the loan was also outstanding. Plus the follow up for any issues quick and efficient. Highly recommend the Lennar team!
