Jim the walk through person assigned was very detailed he found some minor things that needed to be fixed prior to settlement that we missed on the walk through. Doug the customer care agent was very helpful in getting a couple of issues resolved. He had a list of contacts that we could use to install various items. Mortgage team not so great. They kept asking for additional documents until settlement,

After searching, applying and preparing for months, I received the key to my new home in the Wynnstone neighborhood. My brand new 5 bedroom 3 bath home features Energy Star appliances and modern heating and cooling systems. It’s a new build so the roof and other structural items have been inspected twice to prevent early maintenance issues. The community pool and playground for the kids haven’t been installed but will be a plus once operable. The LENNAR builders, consultant Bun Kaing, finance team led by Denise Carlin, and the title team les by Sheree Shearey were awesome throughout the 7-month process. They worked with me and guided me through the few hiccups to ensure I purchased the home that I wanted. Lennar's "Everything's Included" model offers a simplified and inclusive buying process with standard features, however, they limit customization options like interior paint color, screen porches, and landscaping options other than mulch. Lennar also charge quarterly HOA fees & a monthly CDD fee plus an additional admin fees for home maintenance/ home improvement requests. The entire Lennar team was outstanding from the very beginning, and they continue to provide excellent service even though we moved in almost two months ago. Carly Pysarchyk, our Loan Officer, was absolutely fantastic. She has excellent communication skills and was always prompt in responding whenever I had a question or concern.

Everything went smoothly with purchase of our home. From initial inquiry, to processing mortgage and to finally acquiring the title. Emily, our sales agent from Lennar was very professional and transparent. She explained everything that we would undergo once we qualified for buying the house. She’s also responsive to even after the sales. We received all the drafts of the documents fe days prior to the signing date. As buyer, we just do your homework, go through all those documents and ask questions when in doubt. Emily did an awesome job explaining the details when we had doubts/questions. There are no surprises! This is same with the mortgage process. Our loan officer, Meenakshi, was also very patient and professional. Every detail in the document was well-explained. As to the house, so far we see no major issues. Prior to moving in, minor issues were addressed. Sama, our customer care representative is also proactive during the inspection. While there are some minor issues, Lennar is ready to address it and fix it promptly. So far, our stay in this house is amazing. Properties have driveways and ample backyards! Knowledge of Lennar Builder from Florida led us to trust them and Purchase our new home here in Carnes. We highly recommend them as builders and their promptness to anything we have found since closing has been superb.

I am grateful and extremely thankful for LENNAR. The house was built beautifully and comfortable. The representative who showed us the property was very professional and kind. The representative from LENNAR mortgage was patient and helpful. She explained and provided assistance throughout the process. I do recommend any person who wants an elegant home to purchase LENNAR. LENNAR representatives from initial consultation, working with the loan officers to get final approval all the way to closing day. All the Lennnar Representatives were kind and efficient in all the process.

Overall, the home itself, the loan process, and the title experience went smoothly. However, we are extremely displeased with the HOA and ARC process. The documentation provided to homeowners states that we can choose between PVC or black aluminum rail fencing, yet our applications for the aluminum rail style have been repeatedly denied without a clear, consistent explanation. This was one of the most important factors when purchasing our home, and had we known that the option listed in the HOA materials would not actually be allowed, we would have reconsidered our purchase. We are also experiencing inconsistent and shifting reasons for the denial of our gutter installation. Meanwhile, it has been two months since settlement and, due to these delays, the mulch on the side of our home is washing away with every rainfall. The lack of clarity and consistency in the HOA approval process has been the most frustrating part of our experience. ... Más
