So far my experience with Lennar has been amazing. I purchased in the Medley at Mirada and Joe. My sales person was absolutely patient informative and helpful. He explained everything and worked with me with three visits. Once I got under contract, everything went smooth. The communication was great with Lennar Title I paid cash so I did not work with any lender. Once I was doing my walk-throughs and moving in Eddie was so helpful and available during my walk-through they had crew around so everything that was found was handled right then in there which impressed me. After I closed, my moving truck was showing up there was a lot of workers vehicles parked across the street from me and I was able to let Eddie know and he had them move so the moving truck would not have any issues getting to my house. So far I’ve only had one item not a major ordeal that I just put in a work order for they contacted me immediately to find out exactly what was going on and then set up a time. From the time I toured the model homes, signed the contract, lending process to the closing was such a streamlined experience. I decided to use Lennar's lender and I am glad I did. It was so easy and was always able to reach a live person to answer any questions. I believe the entire experience took less than a month. We are now in our new home and could not be happier.

Start to finish was a wonderful experience, everyone was easy to work with, spacious well thought out floor plans.

The entire experience from talking with sales, choosing home, working with Lennar Mortgage and Title and all the people I worked with was smooth and wonderful. Everyone was an excellent communicator and everyone answers when I called. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Lennar really has it together with their current people, departments and processes. The experience could not have been beter.

We had a super easy experience buying our condo with Lennar. From our realtors Debbie and Donna to our excellent Lennar support staff we were very pleased with the price and experience. Buying experience was wonderful. Austin was my representative sales person. I listened carefully to what we wanted . We drove 4hrs to meet with him . We loved the community they were developing . We gave him certain parameters to work with and come up with a home that meet our criteria. He did just that . He called us to look over selected homes according to our wishes and he was spot on . Lee has been outstanding. I noticed a small window leak and related drywall damage soon after moving in. After submitting a warranty ticket, I got a call within 24 hrs, and repair scheduled within a few days. He was also quick to check in and follow up after the repair to ensure everything was done. I’m grateful for the Lennar Customer Care team!

I know there are several builders here in Florida but my heart went with Lennar. I saw several homes while looking but when I saw this community and walked in my house I knew in my heat it was the one for me. The process from start to finish was unbelievable each person from Anna to my amazing loan officer Jon was by far the most professional and experienced people to work with.
