My husband and I traveled South in Oct. 2025 to look at new home developments here in Conway.. We fell in love with the area, and with Kingston Oaks..We are semi retired, and we wanted a home with low maintenance, and with a nice open floor plan.. Our sales agent Scott was great to work with and he accommodated us with all of our needs. We love our home and look forward to spending time here with friends and family.

The Lennar team is great! I’m a first time homeowner and everyone has made this process so smooth! Special shout out to our construction manager Jeff he’s been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process! We see him on site every day and he’s always asking if we need anything even after our purchase.
