Good experience during my home purchasment process

From the time we picked out our home to closing working the Lennar team went very smoothly. They are organized and our home closed on the day they said it would. We have had no hiccups and everything is in good working order. Our neighborhood is quiet and clean. Thank you Christine, Betty and Tony!

So far so good. I had a few small issues but they where taken care of in a timely manner. Overall happy.

The whole experience of purchasing a home with Lennar was seamless and easy. Love that they had a dedicated person for our walk throughs and he was on top of everything. He did a fantastic job at doing the new home evaluation. They were super helpful in answering our questions and when we have had a few small issues they are quick to respond and get it fixed.

Great team helping complete our home for closing. Any issues after the sale are promptly addressed by the community representative after the sale and completed by contractors in a timely manner. This is our 2nd Lennar purchase and again it was excellent. They are great to work with and make the process easy. Our new home is built very well. Airtight for the cold weather and we have not needed to report anything yet to be repaired or fixed.

Extremely helpful and joyful personnel helped make a complex and stressful transaction manageable. Also fantastic incentives and a well built comfortable home just put the cherry on top of a great deal!

The experience was first rate. We are getting moved in now, and have to say it has been a joy to work with the team. Any issues were addressed quickly and honestly. The folks we worked with, cared and really gave a nut about us and making sure the experience was nice. Logan really stepped up to the plate making sure the water issue was addressed. The sales team was helpful and put up with us coming by about every 3 days to watch the house take shape. We were a little worried going with such a big production builder. We didn't get any choices, but what Lennar selected for us worked great for our needs. They also have great quality control to assure their home buyers concerns are met. Very happy with the final product.

Purchasing our new Lennar home went smooth and the communication between Nate@Idahorooted.com and the Lennar sales representative was fantastic. Cristina (our Lennar Home rep.) has also been great when following up on a couple punch list items.

We started three years ago to find a new home to retire in, in the state of Idaho. We saw the hand of the Lord move in finally bring us to the Lennar development known as Mandalay Ranch, in Caldwell, ID. After searching for the time that we have and picking out the features and design of the home we wanted, the home Lennar offered provided 90% of all we wanted in the asking price. We did not have the experience of choosing features of the home and would have preferred a different layout in the master bathroom, but that is the 10% that was not our preference. But having worked with many home developers over the past 3 years we were glad to work with Lenar who built a beautiful home at a price that fit our budget and provided so much of what we wanted. We needed a lot to build an RV pad and the unique lot the house set on was perfect for this. We have made a substantial investment, in getting the backyard in place. The only think I would encourage Lennar to consider is the put gutters on the entire house. A couple of thousand dollars more would bring to your customer the ability to say they took care of it all. Lennar was extremely responsive and made the first time home buying process so easy.

Very professional and caring. Always ready to assist and fix any problem in an expeditious manner. Excellent people skills while continually reaching out to resolve problems that may occur. Definitely five-stars earned!

All I can say is Lennar will try very hard to work with you if issues come up. The first sale of my house in another state the biyer bailed out on the purchase. The second buyers of my house bombed out as their co signer was refinancing their residence and could not co sign for the buyers when they were refinancing. The third sale of my out of state home went through in flying colors and I was allowed to purchase the home of my choice after Lennar had me under contract more than once. The company tries to be fair with its clients when things come up I appreciate all they did for me. I can see the workmanship is better than the last home I purchased out of state. The kitchen cabinets are a high quality grade and the flooring is put right up to the wall with a finished look. The flooring looks and feels like wood but is a luxury vinyl flooring that is high quality. It can be washed easily and my dogs and cat can’t make claw marks on it with their paws. The flooring is lovely and you would never see any marks from animals. If you need customer service they will respond quickly. All department that I was involved with in the purchase were polite and professional to me and answered my questions on a timely manner. The front and backyard were landscaped tastefully. I would recommend a Lennar home with the quality and workmanship I have compared to their competitors. ... Más

Having a problem because Lennar's criteria for room temps for a two story is not good. I thought heat rose. Upstairs is cold. Won't move thermostat upstairs for me so it's going to cost me at least $200, plus patching walls. Spent a lit of money for this home I don't think I'm asking to much to be warmer upstairs

Love our home. Qualities is great for the price. There were some minor things that could have been done better (like some of the caulk work), but overall, a great house in a great location. All the new neighbors that I have talked to seem to like their new homes as well.
