I thought buying a house was going to be a big process, stress and so much more. I’m glad I was wrong or at least that’s how my realtor, lender and Lennar made it seem for me and as a single parent I’m so grateful for them. Overall the buying process was great! Only down side is they are building 2 story houses behind us on a higher ground level where they can see everything towards my home literally window to window. you would think they would build single story homes instead and leave the 2 story homes for the other side of the street for a little more privacy or make you aware of future plans before the purchase. ... Lennar was very helpful during the build to send us photos of the status as we were out of state. Thank you Jennifer, Lillian and Brittany of the sales office. Titus and Sean from customer care were very helpful in the inspection process and responding to our building questions. We had not had gas before and we had cime from a different climate so we had related questions. They were thorough and very quick to respond. We also received very helpful referrals for home, car and umbrella insurance and for blinds and counter sealing and the mortgage company was responsive and helpful. Overall great experience dealing with some very capable people.

I'm not big on writing reviews but in this case I will make an exception. Lennar really lived up to their reputation in the building of my home. I knew that from the day of my first walk-through. The items that I found that needed repair or follow-up were miniscule yet when I did my final walk-through they had been attended too. I truly love my new home and would encourage anyone even considering the idea of a new home to think about Lennar. They are first class all the way.

The one year service and initial walk through really shows they care about my satisfaction for the long run.

I have been impressed with LENNAR since they were a competitor of my employer. My LENNAR home is by far the finest new home construction that I've had the pleasure of inspecting. LENNARs sub contractors are some of the finest & their pride shows in their work & their job sites. I have several visitors who have been equally impressed as I have with my LENNAR home. My husband and I have been trying to move back to Reno for several years-family issues were keeping it from happening. I'd been looking at this house for 4 years! When the time finally came Laura and Tricia were there to help. Then a death in my family delayed things again and we couldn't get the first house we wanted. But Laura got us into the same floor plan but a couple months down the road for the same price! Everyone was so helpful getting us into this house after so many delays. Thanks Lennar-we love being back in Nevada and being in our new home!

I absolutely love Lennar. We entered into a contract to build a home. Just days before the closing, my outside lender balked almost killing the deal. Lennar stepped in with their internal mortgage service, approved us in one day and saved the entire deal. I cannot recommend Lennar highly enough. They are an amazing company.

We bought a ready to move home and the whole process was seamless. Starting from Laura, Monica, Judy, and more down to Matt who walked us thru our forever home, the whole process was quick and delightful. We are truly blessed to be in our new and forever home.
