Lennar sales office provided excellent customer service and were extremely supportive, collaborative, and patient with our queries and last minute closing issues. We were aware of the contractor grade quality of the materials used. Construction manager is very responsive and addresses the issues promptly. Overall, good experience. Thank you!

My recent purchase of a Thompson collection worked out great in terms of purchasing process, documentation and financing. The moving in process was quick and efficient with about 2 months of delivery time after my signature. However, I feel like I was a bit rushed with the homeowners orientation and closing. There were some of the interior details that needs fixes and touch ups that I quickly ignored because I didn't want to take too much time to prolong the process. We discouraging levels higher than maximum after moving in. Unfortunately, Lennar did not allow to do radon test before pu having. I suggest future homeowners watch radon levels.

home is fine, quality is pretty good. Not putting in toilet paper holders, towel racks, seems cheap. They should do that. When you spend $500,000 on a property , this should be in. Issue with the floor in the kitchen and with my bathroom floor by the shower as well. Waiting for them to get back to me to fix. I have been waiting.

Having all the appliances in place upon moving in was nice, and tankless water heater was a bonus since it is installed next to the kitchen on the first floor. Having two separate thermostat between each floor is a nice feature as well. But what was not included were the shower door and bathroom accessories. Also lack of storage space were the negatives. I'd have preferred to pay more with these items included.

Overall experience is good; sells person and team are very responsive; some final assembling jobs could be improved. Most of designs are nice; inside of kitchen cabinets should have all pulled out drawers. Aldo wish have more spaces/storage in laundry room.

The home buying experience was unfortunately horrible. Each step of the way we were rushed to make important decisions and make large payments without fully understanding the process. Complete and written guidance was not provided to us in advance. The staff tended to appear as if they were looking out solely for themselves/Lennar, rather than the customer, oftentimes cutting corners or excluding critical information.

I've been here for two months and unfortunately I'm having some issues. The CO2 alarm has already gone off five times for no reason. Two devices have already been replaced, and the problem seems to persist. The toilet on the first floor was uneven, requiring three days of repair work to fix it. These are some inconveniences you don't expect when buying a new home.

No EV charging stations installed at collection at hopewell as promised in sales broucher

Hi, I am having an electric vehicle. I thought there would be EV charging stations at this community Collection at Hopewell. I bought a condo. The charging stations are not installed yet. I have no way to charge my car. When I tried to reach the sales agent and construction manager, they didn’t provide me a resolving answer. Now they hide from me not responding to my emails etc. Thank You Hari
