We had a fantastic sales rep (John). He was wonderful

Over all everything went as expected from first day to closeout. Some small issues were resolved for HVAC. Not satisfied for appliebces provided by Lennar of low quality and not to the standard for this prise of the house they charged. Post boxes provide by them are horrible and not at proper location.

Good but response to issues slow

Lennar is dependable, they are responsive to our concerns and give us a sense of security and confidence.

The Monroe Parke Townhomes floor plan is good and space utilization is excellent ventilation, over build quality is great!

I had very good experience and was excited to show to my family and friends. They appreciated the house.

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with our new home. Our place was completed on time. Sales person communicated with us throughout the building process. Home orientation by builders team was thorough. They were very accommodating. Only disappointment is the appliances. They are not up to standard. They are low grade. Should consider matching appliance to cost and value of home.

We liked the floor plan and community services and quickly signed the contract after our first visit of Venue at Monroe in New Jersey. John, our sales contact, is extremely helpful from the beginning to the end in timely answering our questions. He was quick in understanding the issues and acted to help or provided useful suggestions. Our closing was delayed by a month due to the shortage of electric meter at the power provider, which is an issue in the 2022 summer affected many new home closings in center New Jersey. With many scheduling issues for moving from out of New Jersey, we had our moving day on the closing day. It was made possible with Lennar's help in arranging a remote notary process for us to sign the closing documents online. After moving in, we feel two things Lennar may do to further please the buyers. One is have a floor material that is not too sensitive to moisture.
