I would like to have Lennar know that the ultimate reason for our purchase was the professional service that was given to us by Dennis. From the greeting to our final closing Dennis was an absolute pleasure.

On a whole it was a very nice experience.

Generally a good experience. We feel that it would have been better to include some simple add ons for top tier homes. For example, crown molding, nicer faucets and shower heads, a real medicine cabinet in the primary bathroom would be ideal adjustments. The kitchen cabinets should have higher quality options.

Lennar has provided first class service after we have moved in. On our first day of move in, we discovered minor areas that needed touch up paint and / or spackling. The construction manager got on his phone, and within 2 minutes, a crew of painters arrived and handled it immediately. A week later, we noticed a rounded imperfection in the fireplace mantel shelves. We informed construction manager, and within 2 days, the entire mantel was replaced. The following day, a painter arrived to paint the new mantel and to touch up the walls adjacent to the mantel. A month after we moved in, we found tiny cracks in several backsplash tiles due to the electric outlets being screwed in to tightly. Again, after a phone call and pictures sent, Lennar had a tiling repair person come and replace the 3 cracked tiles within 2 week time frame. We have a large retaining wall behind our unit, and there was quite a bit of weed growth on top of the wall. After an email to Lennar, the landscapers arrived and cleaned up the overgrowth the following week. We discovered that 2 of our kitchen cabinets would not slide smoothly since they were installed slightly off center. We took pics, sent to construction manager, and several days later, a crew showed up and they removed and re installed the sliding rails for those doors. Only negative comment in regards to finish quality, the bathroom faucets had spouts that were too short and barely reached the sink, thus water splashed over the counters. Poor design. Ended up replacing 4 of the faucets with longer spouts in my second week after move in. Also, they did not paint the garage walls, which I felt they should have done based on the price of the unit. Lisa our realtor was great! She answered all our questions in timely manner and made sure we got everything promised to us by the builder. The tile company was easy to work with. The customer service rep. Dave also very responsive. He cares about making sure we are satisfied with all repair issues.

Our sales rep Matt was very instrumental in our decision to be part of the community. He was very accommodating and tried his best to answer all our questions and concerns. As first time home buyers there is always this anxiety of a huge purchase and the process involved. Matt worked with us to ensure the process was smooth and less stressful. We are happy with our home and hopefully will be a part of the community for a long time.

Thank you lennar for the trust. I've exposed all my situation and you made it. Have a such amazing experience on buy house is something that you guys own it. From showing the models, negotiating the mortgage and walk way down all the process was simple easy and black and white. The only point you guys really need to improve is the final support when we found issues. This means, you guys need process and customer service which really follows what is happening. I had some issues and everytime when I reach out to your guys, took way too much to be heard and the problems solved.

Punchlist items have been slow to be resolved. I closed on March 28th and am still waiting for two major items to be resolved. Also, there was lack of communication regarding my mailbox and i never received the keys. I am waiting for the keys so i can get my mail.

Lennar aesthetically designs very nice homes. They have nailed the advertising, sales, and mortgage process making it so easy to find and purchase a home seamlessly. Quality of interior finishes, choices, and overall craftsmanship is lacking. The Covid related issues of supply chain and labor issues have exacerbated their ability to deliver quality. During the finish construction process, their own workers damage things like cabinets, wood floors, etc before you even move in. - then you as the buyer are forced to chase them to replace and fix everything. From framing that is off plum and bulging walls to gouges out of floors, entry doors that are not sealed, damaged sub floor, boards not screwed down when you walk through the home, - the list goes on. I don’t have a any experience with Lennar pre-Covid - but it seems the same problems exist across the newer homes in the development built during this time. None of the issues can’t be fixed, but it’s not great to move into a brand new home and spend months having them fix things. Whoever runs quality inspections is inept. Overall Lennar is very good and build beautiful homes for people to enjoy. Sales, concierge and move in service is very good. Opportunity for improvements. Fix all not some issues faster after move in. Add some custom options for floors, backsplash, cabinets. Opportunity to add electricity and hot water connections for bidets in bathrooms. Larger cement pad in the back. Paint garage, as they come unpainted. Need smart home options and better cables through house.

The sales team was awesome, very kind and there for everything that we needed. Lennar accomplished the closing date the committed to. After we gave the initial deposit we were concerned about the negative review we saw online, but our experience has been good overall. Quality of the house is ok (but it is not top luxury). There was 0 flexibility to any type of personalization, which basically gives Lennar full control to put whatever they want in the home. Some this were pending at the moment of closing and it has taken some time for them to be fixed, the priority is to continue to build new homes. Thing have been taken care of eventually after some weeks / months in some cases. Price vs quality overall is good (you get what you pay) comparing to other builders that offer personalization packages that would make it more luxurious but also pumps the price to even 100k+. ... The people who work for Lennar, from the sales person to customer service reps were very friendly, patient and helpful.

Business is business. They are not the best or the worst.

Working with Gino, the mortgage officer and Dennis, sales agent for the second time was excellent experience. The final walk though before the closing was excellent. the major issue this time was the delay of 4 months long delay in closing and loss of tenants/rent due to that was a major set back. Plus after the closing the ongoing construction with only one street access is a nuisance, mail delivery and school bus access are not convenient still. other than that location wise it is excellent. hope to get another smooth experience of buying a third home from Lennar.

Few issues that have still not been fixed. Disappointed, but overall a good product.

Overall we were pleased.. but it’s the little things.. The basement floor was left filthy/dusty.. we asked about getting it cleaned & told yes & nothing happened, spare bedrooms have no lighting..(recessed lighting would be nice touch), don’t put sprinkler heads where decks/patios are going.. Lennar knows that is the wrong location. Have the sales team know more of the community with out asking for that information ( activity lists, board members contact)Charlie doing a good job onsite.

Reasonable home but numerous areas where cost cutting over quality is obvious. Flooring in particular is awful. Supposedly engineered wood, but the "wood" veneer is extremely thin and fragile, with nicks and scratches evident and no way to repair them easily. Finish on floor is truly terrible. Appliances work but are entry level units in a place that is not entry level price. Insufficient sound absorption material under the "wood" floors allows us to hear the upstairs residents walking around, moving chairs and even talking loudly. More padding beneath the floors would not be expensive and make a huge difference. AC unit is minimal efficiency (12 SEER) and intake is VERY noisy. ... Más

They rush the building and closing process, so there are many imperfections that need to be taken care of after. They are very busy, so it takes a long time to get everything up to par. Good floorplans and thought, so-so work especially for "luxury". We are happy overall, but not over the top elated.
