This is my third Lennar home that I have purchased. The quality, craftsmanship, energy-efficientcy, and customer service is unmatched! I have yet to be disappointed in any purchase. I highly recommend Lennar to friends and family, as well as strangers that I meet along the way.

The home buying experience is stressful for so many reasons. But the team that I worked with at Lennar helped relieve a lot of those feelings. The people in Sales, Financing, Project Management, and Closing guided me through seamlessly. Here I am in my brand new, beautiful, forever home thanks to these folks! I have already recommended Lennar to many friends and will continue to do so.

During our recent trip to FL, we had not seriously considered buying a home at this time, however, we were interested in seeing what is available with the hope of purchasing possibly 2-3 years from now. We reached out to make an appointment with Lennar Builders in Babcock Ranch & Brianna answered our request promptly. We were very impressed with the quality of the homes & the features included without the need for upgrades. We toured other homes offered by builders other than Lennar within Babcock Ranch & outside of Babcock Ranch. In comparing the other homes available, we decided due to pricing of these quality homes which included all of the major appliances, upscale cabinets, quartz countertops, blinds & tile flooring, etc., now was the right time to buy. Since we are first time home buyers, we did not know anything about the process. We learned a lot as we went. Being new home buyers, we feel that Lennar supported us all the way and looked out for our best interest. Excellent experience with Lennar! The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the team was very responsive. We love the modern design, quality finishes, and the value provided through their “Everything’s Included” package. Overall, a great builder that we would highly recommend.

Sales offered us an end-of-year clearance price that we couldn't pass-up. Interest rate, premium lot and rolling closing costs into the loan was very beneficial. Mortgage processing moved right along and they were very helpful. Construction manager was very responsive and got things done.

The personnel in the office were great help and completing all the documentation and making sure it went to smooth as possible. The individuals on site, Lori, and Mike were great helps in getting us into the house and set up with everything. I would give them my highest recommendation.

This was one of the best experience and easiest process for getting a mortgage or buying a house.

My first time buying a home. Lennar team made it so easy for me. They were there for me. Returned every phone call. Made me relax when I was nervous. All was so professional, kind and patient especially with the online activities. I thank God I chose this mortgage company. I will never forget how they made me feel welcome and was willing to help with whatever I needed. The day I got the message free to close, I just started screaming and thanking God and Lennar for giving me a chance to become a homeowner.
