Great experience from day 1. Our sale representative Rebecca was friendly, professional and helped us throughout the entire process. Our house is beautiful and comfortable. The layout of the house is great and functional. Also, the staffs at the Home orientation walked the house with us and answered our questions. The entire staff were very friendly and professional.

I recently closed a townhome at sicklerville, NJ and I couldn't be happier! The location is fantastic, with easy access to parks, shopping, Atlantic city, Philly Downtown. The open layout is perfect for entertaining, featuring a modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The quality of construction is top-notch, and the community is well-maintained. Special thanks to sales persons at Pennington, NJ and sicklerville, NJ for their outstanding support throughout the buying process. This is my 2nd town home in Lennar. We had an overall very positive purchasing experience with our new townhome at Phoenixville Heights. Sean was a very customer focused sales professional who helped us find the townhome that we wanted. Bill was an excellent mortgage professional with Lennar Mortgage and helped us work out the financial details. The walk-through inspections were thorough and well done by Mike and Mike. The closing experience with Lennar Title was very positive as well. Opportunities for improvement include the concierge follow-up during our services which was not timely and lacking in meeting our needs. We are also not very impressed with the HOA for the community as they are difficult to communicate with and slow in providing needed information. But overall, it was a good experience and the areas where we needed the best level of services (sales, mortgage, inspections, title, closing) were handled in a very professional and customer focused manner. From first meeting with the sales rep to closing has been a breeze. They are a very experienced builder and know how to get the job effectively and quickly. 2 months from 1st meeting to settlement. As with any building process, there where some items on my punch list but they were addressed quickly. I’d recommend the community and builder to anyone.

Gina was very helpful. Alex was very responsive after we moved in.

Gina was excellent from start to finish. She was very attentive and thorough and despite being asked hundreds of questions, she responded to each and every one with patience and concern. We were updated on the progress of our home from start to finish with occasional pictures sent to show the progress. Everyone has been very easy to deal with; even after moving in, the team at Lennar have continued to be responsive to any and all concerns.

What stood out to me the most with buying my Lennar home was the Lennar Team! More specifically Christine Monastra. She brings customer service to a totally different level. I moved into one of the last homes so it was already built when I made settlement. The home is gorgeous and fit all my needs. With that said, there have been a few hiccups, HOWEVER without fail, Christine was ALWAYS there to assist. The issues were completed quickly and she immediately followed up regarding satisfaction of the service and stayed on top of her team if further action was needed. Lennar has a GEM in Christine. This is the 3rd home I have had built and never experienced such wonderful customer service! Kudos to Christine for her professionalism, responsiveness and overall care of her customers!! ... Más
