Flawless transition… we’re always professional

This is our 4th time buying a home so we're not rookies. Lennar is a top 3 volume homebuilder in US and a publicly traded stock. I knew not to worry buying from them...but they clearly know what they are doing. Any tiny adjustment needed was quickly handled by Jackie and Tony. Great people. Jackie showed us the app and it is GREAT! Thanks Jackie ! Great home and great experience.

We are enjoying our new home!

We are loving our Lennar home! They have been great from beginning to end! Angie the onsite agent was AMAZING and promptly answered any and all questions we had! Our construction manager Aaron was fantastic! He kept us informed with weekly updates and promptly addressed and corrected any concerns! Kari was a true delight and did a thorough walk through with us on our new home celebration. She even noticed some sod in the backyard that wasn’t rooting and requested that it be replaced before we even noticed it!! Lennar has been transparent and quick to respond to any and every issue( and there weren’t many) They worked well with our agent and even finished our home ahead of schedule so we wouldn’t have to do a double move after the sale of our prior home. Their customer service is top notch! The home is beautiful and it was a great value for the money! They included many nice features and picked out great colors for their inventory homes. My wife and I purchased our home in May 2025 and it was everything we expected! Of course being that our home was brand new we had small issues. Lennar came in and took care of them IMMEDIATELY without question! Lennar has made us feel as if our happiness is their top priority! (And no I wasn’t paid to say this lol)

Everything was smooth and easy. Did the contract via Docusign. Financing was easy and smooth. Closed a month earlier than expected. All around great experience.

Listened and explained everything to us in a way we could understood our questions and concerns and answered all our questions in a way that made sense to us. We worked with another builder back in 2021. Worksites were messy along with sloppy workmanship. Floors on one level were so bad that it took 8 months for them to replace. Pipes backed up due to building material in them. Front door had to be repainted 4 times; we finally had a professional do. No quality control. Lennar was a breath of fresh air with organization, quality control, detailed spelled out warranty service and excellent walkthrough after completion then before closing. The overall experience with Lennar was very good, the home was ready for each walk and had no issues at the time of closing. The communication was great and the construction team was very responsive.
