This was my first experience with a new home builder in searching for a home. The sales agent was very knowledgeable and interested in our needs in the education process and the selection of a potential home.

10/10 experience. I toured my first Lennar home and closed within 30 days. There was clear and timely communication. Multiple communication touch points. I was fully aware of the process, expectations, and my responsibilities and risks throughout.

From my first visit and meeting Tracy to the end of getting my keys finally, this experience was wonderful as a first time buyer. Tracy was full of hope and secured that I can get my dream home. It was a lengthy process and at times will take a toll on you, but overall Lennar's team was on my side every step of the way. I really appreciate this entire experience and I highly recommend dealing with Tracy directly. You don't need a realtor. I did everything with Lennar.
