We had 2 excellent representatives from Lennar that I want to recognize. Matthew was so professional and kind and walked us through the purchase process with ease. In addition, Destiny has been so wonderful to work with as she has been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly! This was the fourth home I have purchased and it was the smoothest experience by far. Michelle and Christina were amazing throughout the entire process. Moving into a brand new home with no flaws found yet, had been a comforting and priceless experience.

The entire central Oregon team were the best team so far in our family. This is our 3rd new home and our 2nd with Lennar. Doubt it will be our last either. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience.

It took us only a month to own a new house and as a first time buyer we’re so glad and thankful to the people who helped us in owning a house at an affordable price. The house is elegant looking and in a nice environment. We’re so thankful to Mr Matt at the sales office. He is so accommodating and a nice person to talk to as if we’ve been friends before. Ms Darci & Ms Rose were also helpful in walking me through in the loan process as to the required documents needed. Likewise, I would like to give my thanks to Ms Destiny & Michael in doing the occupancy check for approval in a timely manner.

From start to finish this company is on top of the game!!! Every detail is part of their business from the building crew who cleans up the work sites at night to the red carpet grand walk through. My experience was mind blowing!! I purchased 3 and saw them all be born into a final beautiful investment property. Can’t wait to do more business with them.

The staff at Lennard was very nice and professional and it made the home buying experience pleasant. They also have been very responsive to any questions/issues I had with the home. What about the home itself? I would give Lennard A++ for the quality build of the home. Their construction crew did a great job. That said I REALLY wish Lennard would have included some basic things with the home which they didn't. Things like a garage opener (which I had to have a private garage door company install for $475), pouring the concrete for a patio in the back of the house. Even a modest patio of 5' x 7' would have been very helpful. A wash basin in the garage would have also been a nice addition that should come standard. Everything we had to do was handled easily. Thanks to everyone who helped to get us in our brand new home. Of course there were a few things that needed some extra attention but Destiny was there to get it corrected right away. Lennar's is a great company that stands behind their work and their word. Thank you all.

The buying process was easy and efficient. The repairs were mostly timely. I still have a few outstanding issues. My biggest concern is that the website states that all of the appliances are included. My neighbors received all of the appliances listed on the website as promised. I did not. I did not receive a washer dryer refrigerator or air conditioning like my neighbors. I have requested information and resolve from customer care, and the regional vice president about this issue and have not been given a response.

This is the biggest purchase of my life. Now that I am completely moved it, I realized how cheap everything was. The walls are delicate and easily gets scratched. I was getting internet installed to find out we don’t have a phone jack, which is the most common thing to have in the home. Then I was having my fridge installed and was told that the connection to the water line is the wrong size. It was for the size of a dishwasher hookup, so I had to go out and buy an adapter to make sure it all fits. Watch home inspection videos online, hire a professional and then go over every detail. New builds seem to have a lot of issues whether small or big.

I like the house but so many things are done to save a penny versus making it a true quality product. The yards are beyond terrible and they could have at least made them a bit usable if even just making the sides nice. They left a ton of garbage in my yard. The fact that they ran laminate flooring only halfway across the room and carpet on the other half is awful. Again just cheaping out of quality. Using plastic instead of metal in all the drawers (why?) why a double seat fiberglass shower? It leaves now room. Again must have been a bargain. A simple shower would have been more useful and nicer. I like the house but quality is not what they are going for it’s strictly cost. ... Más

I have already reached out and expressed my dissatisfaction. Jack did get back to me and said he would follow up the following week which did not happen. I was able to make all the final repairs that I was told were out of their hands because you did not manufacture the hardware or the cabinets, it cost me two hours of my time and six dollars worth of hardware. I really want Lennar to succeed in band. I am a real estate investor. I buy a house a year on average you guys be able to get home, but the buying process of a new home was unsatisfactory. More than half of the things I brought up during the final walk-through that I was told would be taken care of or not after asking them a second time they also were overlooked so I took care of it myself the third time. I did text message Jack photos of some of the hardware that was broken. In addition to photos of the finished backyard. I completed before I departed out of state. I also showed my backyard to three of the neighbors and two potential buyers and did not express my dissatisfaction with the purchasing process as I want to have a good community. I just feel the follow-through was not there, and I feel like I was not valued as a customer. I’m very happy with the overall construction and the bare-bones of the house but some of the detail and mostly the customer service was not great. Finishing touches that without my adjustments really made the house feel cheap. And I really want there to be more competition and builders in bend so I hope this information will help your company improve in the future. Please excuse any typos I sent this from my phone.
