Lennar was very responsive to any and all inquiries.

My first time buying a home. Lennar team made it so easy for me. They were there for me. Returned every phone call. Made me relax when I was nervous. All was so professional, kind and patient especially with the online activities. I thank God I chose this mortgage company. I will never forget how they made me feel welcome and was willing to help with whatever I needed. The day I got the message free to close, I just started screaming and thanking God and Lennar for giving me a chance to become a homeowner. I told my friends when they ready to become a home owner please contact Lennar Mortgage. The two ladies that helped me so very much were Kayla and Amy who I will NEVER forget. Our contact in the Sales Office was honest and helpful. It was a no-pressure situation and he helped us throughout the process. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Title Insurance and the experience was very professional. Our home is as promised, delivered on time and as we had hoped. We did engage an objective property inspector, who checked out the house before sheet rock was installed and then again just before closing. There were very few items to report to Lennar and they were minor in nature. All in all, we have been very pleased with this experience and we look forward to enjoying our new home and new community for many years to come. ... Más

Aside from my buying experience, I have been incredibly fortunate to run into committed professionals who are able to and willing to treat my home as if it was theirs. I had a realtor, however the sales people at Lennar were excellent, especially Sarah. I looked at Wales Ranch initially. They had the model I wanted but not the lot. I told Sarah my wants. Two weeks later she calls and tells me she think she has what I want at Bella Vista Farms. The division had not been released and would be soon. It checked ALL the boxes!! The home buying,Title and mortgage people were great as well. Randy who does the walk through was also great! I highly recommend.
