Lennar produces a good home at a good price, the purchase was easy, and the warranty support has been quick. Any home buyer has to consider their options: Existing home Custom build Small local builder Huge builder "spec home" eg Lennar Existing home inventory can be random and frustrating, and often the value isn't great. Custom new builds will always be more expensive. Small local builders may have more customization and more luxurious finishes, but you'll pay a premium for that. Huge builders like Lennar have honed their floorplans and construction over the years, and the result is an appealing mainstream home at probably the best value of any of your options. There's no customization, and it's not high end luxury like, say, Toll Brothers, but you're also going to save a lot of money. Lennar provided me with an amazing home purchase experience. The responsiveness from day one has been amazing. I called to schedule a tour and was able to view the house the same day. My Lennar Sales Rep was Michelle. She was personable and professional. She showed me two homes, which helped me to know which one was calling my name. I was so impressed with the style and quality of the home. The added benefits of installed blinds, dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer were really nice perks. Michelle walked me through the application and pre-approval processes. She enabled me to view the home several more times during the escrow phase. I enjoyed working with Stacy at Lennar Mortgage, and they offered the lowest interest rate. After loan approval, Lennar ensured an amazing introduction to my new home with a Celebration/New Home Orientation. James, the Lennar representative, provided the orientation, and he had a wealth of information to share. He made the experience fun and proved to be my advocate for small things that needed attention. A week later, on my escrow closing date, James rolled out the red carpet and provided my Zero-Defect Walk-Through/Final Orientation. Everything that James and I had discussed had been handled, and I was the happy owner of a brand-new Lennar home. At this stage, I was introduced to Lennar Customer Care Representative Eric, who assured me that he would be available if I had any questions or concerns in the future. He introduced me to the Lennar App and website for ease of scheduling service requests. Eric has been such a joy to work with. He is quick to respond and resolve any issues that have arisen so far. We purchased a home from Lennar and the people on the team made the difference in the process. It started from the first contact with making the appointment and the followup along the way. Alina was so helpful and accommodating throughout the process, willing to meet us at the site go over options. We were from out of town and she went out of her way to meet up with us when we were in town. The GC on the job was super helpful and made sure the process on the build was smooth and I felt easy even being in another state. It was the entire team that made it great

The experience was amazing it was easier than purchasing a car they walked you through each step no hassle no pushing you to buy and the craftsmanship for the money you pay is spot on and Lynette from Lennar was amazing to work with thank you very much for your help my family will forever be grateful

My experience with Lennar was easy and uncomplicated. Working with Darci at Lennar mortgage was super easy. After moving in I’ve had to report a couple of minor issues and they have responded quickly with professionals to resolve the issue. Most of all I’m so happy with my new neighborhood! The process was smooth and professional from the first minute to move-in day. Our point person, Tim, was absolutely magnificent. Joe, the construction manager, was communicative throughout the build. The finance department led by Kyle was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Lennar.

Lennar is a quality builder, no doubt. But our dealings with two people Robin(sales end) and Michael(follow up and problem solver) account for the most satisfying parts of our experience. Both go the extra mile to help us to easily navigate the home buying process. This company should know they integral to customer satisfaction.

We haven’t had much interaction with the builder yet since we really haven’t had major issues. We are having difficulty setting up our ring system that was builder installed. We will probably have to contact a tech company for assistance.

From the initial walkthrough, all the way until the contract was closed, the entire Lennar Team was attentive and very informative - which to new homebuyers is extremely important. Everyone had answers that helped reassure some of the concerns we had, and for that, we are truly grateful.

Lennar homes has been very responsive to me. If I need anything fixed, it gets done right away . Would recommend buying a home here.
