Sales team was awesome! Didn't have a good experience with lennar lenders.

Each level of the process was prompt and professional. Being the purchase was from out of state we relied a lot on each member of the Lennar team at each phase of construction. Communication was informative and when questions arose each team responded timely addressing them. Post closing service team addressed our punch list timely too! Overall, a great home buying experience!

Kristin was absolutely amazing!

A little bit confusing with the multiple finance people that seemed to be involved but everyone along the way was very helpful and communicative and directed us accordingly. Special shout out to Kristen, Clint and Sarah who were super helpful and often went above and beyond to help answer questions and direct me even after the sale. They were the best!!

Lennar made buying a home as smooth as can be and they were always updating with their progress while the home was being built.

Overall we are very pleased with our experience purchasing from Lennar. We’ve had zero issues and love our home. We are so happy the way things worked out. The only grievance was there was a scheduling issue for our new home orientation appointment and no one showed up. We tried calling two people that worked with us and there was no answer. Someone else ended up showing up and he was great but the original people didn’t call or text to apologize or check in. Because they didn’t confirm who was going to be there for us we didn’t get to walk into the home with the red carpet or see the welcome home sign because they had to set it up after we arrived. ... I was looking to buying a home near a friend who was also buying in the same street. I was told it was already off the market and to select one a few houses down. Once the initial payment has gone through I wouldn’t get much response from anyone other than some pictures of the development. At the home walk near completion I was asked why I never visited the home during construction and that I had a lot of trust by never visiting. I mentioned I was never told I was able to and I wanted to change the type of flooring from the very get go before sheetrock was installed to all plank with no carpet. It wouldn’t be an option. Then to find out the house I initially wanted was available from the get go and is still listed for sale as I type this. It was rude and I couldn’t believe I was never reached out to by changing even before any payment was done. Overall I like my home now but it felt like no one truly cared for my thoughts or wishes. ... Más

Lennar staff kept me informed about the progress throughout the construction process, and they were responsive regarding some issues that popped up after closing.

Overall, my home buying experience was great — the process itself went smoothly, and I felt well-supported throughout the purchase. However, once I moved in, I started noticing several flaws in the house that weren't obvious during the initial walkthroughs. It's clear now that certain shortcuts were taken during construction or finishing, which is disappointing given the price point of the home. Another issue is that I was not provided with the HOA rules at closing. This has caused some confusion after moving in, as I’ve had to learn about restrictions and requirements after the fact, which isn’t ideal. While I still enjoy the home and the community overall, I do feel the quality of construction doesn’t fully reflect the cost. I expected a higher standard for what I paid and would encourage future buyers to do a thorough inspection and ask for all HOA documents well before closing. ... Más

So far am happy with & enjoy my home. The neighborhood is nice & beautiful. I Haven’t lived here long. I bought a townhome. I can hear my neighbors & next door through the walls more than I was told I would be able to from Lennars representatives. There’s a couple things I need to turn in for repair so will soon find out how responsive Lennar is with that. I think Lennar’s process for getting a mortgage could use improvement. Lots of errors & when they were pointed out, I was told they’d be fixed later, but they weren’t & I had to keep reminding or they wouldn’t have been done. Things weren’t explained well regarding the loan. I’m thankful for the very kind lady at the title company who recognized my frustration & explained things to me.Things also weren’t always done as was said by the finance/mortgage guy. It created a lot of stress. When they would want something, there was a lot of hurry up & wait. Once the underwriters had the loan they started asking for much of the same stuff I’d already provided & had a few odd questions I’ve not had anyone ask in this type of process before. Lennar sold my loan within a couple weeks of getting it. The new company has not been responsive with giving their contact info. Several days after the 1st payment was due, they finally sent an email out. I don’t like to send checks in the mail anymore due to theft, but had no choice this time to attempt to make my mortgage payment on time. I’m keeping my fingers crossed the new mortgage place receives it. I’m a very busy person & responsible how I handle my business. That is how I’m comfortable & get everything taken care of. “Overall, it’s okay. After moving in, I found various small issues related to the quality of the house itself. The responsiveness of different teams varies; some are very enthusiastic and respond quickly, while others are not.”

Overall Lennar was good, but they have removed a lot of items I would consider move in ready. No window treatments, no AC, no garage door openers, no fence, no Ring doorbell. Many of these items were offered in the early stages of building out this neighborhood.

Almost everything was great. I did have a bad experience when a problem developed due to negligence from a contractor and Lennar was slow to help. I am very happy with my new home.

Smart features and good floor plans. Good sales team and finance team. lennar portal is very user friendly. There are places where they have cut the corners.

Very disappointed in the quantity for the price. Cheap paint washes off interior walls with WATER! Nothing is level from walls to ceilings.
