From the very start, looking at the model homes to the potential finance, the building process, final walkthrough to the exciting day of moving in....Lennar was with us through the whole process. Excellent customer service!!!

So far so good. The quality of the home is great especially for the price you are paying. I highly recommend purchasing with Lennar if you’re looking for quality finish. I have a newer home prior to this purchase and Lennar beats any new construction build hands down so far.

We had a great experience with Lennar Our home was completed in a timely manner considering the material shortage and we had a wonderful construction manager Ron who kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions we may have had. We moved here like so many others from out of state and could not have gotten through it all without all of the resources offered to us by Lennar. Closing was completed in such an organized and professional manner and the title company was beyond compare and JJ and her team worked relentlessly to help us through the process via the extensive extremely professional Lennar Track portal system, emails, texts and phone calls and honestly the communication was remarkable. My wife and I have never had the experience of building a new home. Our experience with Lennar has been so very good. They answered all questions honestly and quickly from the outset. They kept us abreast of the progress in being made through the communication with Debra and Vince. After moving in, our issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. For us, we valued the fact that we had to make no decisions about counters, flooring, bathroom tiles, or anything. If you want that, Lennar is not for you. For us, it was the right fit and we could not be happier with the final product.

Gina was excellent from start to finish. She was very attentive and thorough and despite being asked hundreds of questions, she responded to each and every one with patience and concern. We were updated on the progress of our home from start to finish with occasional pictures sent to show the progress. Everyone has been very easy to deal with; even after moving in, the team at Lennar have continued to be responsive to any and all concerns.

My husband is a builder but we were relocating from a different area so we had to get someone else to build our new home. We found a great neighborhood that fit all of our needs built be Lennar. We made an offer which was accepted and the process began. We didn’t really have high expectations since this is a track house and Lennar is a mass production builder but we were pleasantly surprised. During construction, we received update photos on the construction. My husband also had the opportunity to walk the job twice during construction (don’t think we were supposed to do that) and found nothing that alarmed him. The plan we purchased was well thought out and executed within the approximate time frame provided. We moved into our new home and we’re happy. Our home is well built. The finishes are comparable to the price we paid. We feel that we purchased a great home at a good value and would definitely recommend Lennar. ... Más

When we signed for our house back in December of 2021, there were window shortages, counter top shortages, and other manner of shortages that were prevalent in the industry. Our sales rep, Angela, assured us that Lennar was running on time at that point, and that we were most likely to close on June 22 of 2022. Fast forward to the early spring, we were getting calls from Angela, and the project manager Gary weekly giving us an update. We closed on our house on May 27th, almost an entire month early. We were aware of the entire process the entire time. Any issues that came up in that time, Lennar had fixed almost immediately. It's rare that I see companies in general, let alone home builders be this communicative, responsive to questions and feedback, and get done ahead of schedule. Very professional organization from the selling agents, salespeople, title group, etc

We had issue with other mortgage company at the very last minute. But Lennar Mortgage was able to help us close within two weeks! And our sales representative Laurie was very helpful and patient with us who were first time homebuyer.
