Lennar is incredible and sets the bar for builders. The fact that there are no upgrades is a real plus because we didn’t feel like we got nickeled and dimed over everything.

From the moment me and my husband, we met our sales consultant Cindy , through the process of building, dealing with title company , our construction manager Vladimir and my warranty consultant and coordinator Nekol, I can only say how much I appreciate these individuals and share how much of help and advice and a great guidance I experienced. Overall our family is very satisfied with the new home, how beautiful of a finish and craftsmanship , all my friends who already visited me expressed their admiration and shear my opinion. Great, great experience!

With all of the moving parts, especially in these precarious times, exceptional proactive communication on Lennar's end has been the backbone to their top notch delivery of everything. I highly recommend building with them.

My wife and I had been looking for our dream retirement home for several years and were growing frustrated because we simply weren't getting the right vibe after seeing many different homes from many different builders. When we came to the Imagery development that Lennar was building we finally found what we were looking for. Aside from the natural beauty of the surroundings, we were impressed with the obvious quality of the homes being constructed. We were also very pleased with their no-hassle, everything's included motto. And we never felt any pressure from the sales people. Once we went to contract and construction began, we were kept updated with emails, text messages, photos, videos, and even live FaceTime chats, all of which gave us the greatest sense of relief to be able to see the home being built every step of the way. We were also impressed with the time spent with their representatives during the New Home Orientation walkthrough. Nothing was rushed and they were very, very accommodating. We hope to spend many long and comfortable years in our retirement dream home, in a lovely community, and we have recommended Lennar to many of our friends as they begin their own searches for their dream homes. ... It’s just so nice having all new appliances and everything new!

I really liked how they set up time with us to go in detail about our whole house and how to set certain things up. They have also been super easy to work with on any issues that have came up after moving in. They are quick to respond and have someone come check it out. Overall, we have had a great experience with Lennar
