Tara our sales rep was super helpful & truly made it an enjoyable experience buying our first home. God made the way! He set us up with her for a reason. We had many questions and she definitely never made us feel we were a nuisance and helped us the best way she can, if she couldn’t, she gave us options and recommendations. Troy & Eric from the construction team kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They sent photos as they progressed with the build. Great customer service. Respond fast and fix any issues you might have in regards to repairs. Every one is super nice.

The overall team has been fast and easy to communicate with on a consistent basis. They listened and responded to questions and requests. The item that jumped out at me as a huge difference between other builders is how fast they respond to inquiries. From my experience other builders would take months where Lennar has taken hours. Very impressed.

Throughout the home building process Lennar provided weekly updates and shared information transparently if anything held up the ability to meet the target move-in timeframe. The new home orientation was very thorough. This was my first time experiencing a buying in a new home construction community and I was informed by my realtor that Lennar was the most preferred builder. Everything I experienced lived up to this expectation. Also, all employees were friendly and after every conversation, reminded me that I can call anytime I had questions or concerns. Lennar is great, from Cody, Kerry, David and Joshua . All offer a great service and truly care about their customers. I regret working with an outside agent and not directly with Lennar and Lennar was the most responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. Would definitely buy from Lennar again and recommend them with friends and family. Kudos to the team!

Lennar Homes has provided us with the best new homeowner experience that we have come across in several years. the most amazing team of truly dedicated and professional people which will go out of their way to ensure every expectation is met for the homeowner.

Selling my home was very stressful. This was an out of state move for me but the Lennar team reassured me and kept me informed every step of the way. Transparency is key, and Lennar helped me make the decisions which best fit my specific situation with no pressure!

Overall happy with my experience, Toney has been very helpful in ensuring that move-in was seamless. He did the 30-day walk-through and is scheduling for painters to come and paint over scrapped paint. He also helps to answer with general questions.

This was the most outstanding real estate transaction I have ever experienced. We received exceptional customer care provided by Marc and Nolan, in sales and finance they both went above and beyond our expectations. The final walk through briefing by Jorge was very detailed and he followed up on every little detail. This fabulous team got us in our new home on time during the busiest holiday season.
