In some areas the workmen hurried too much and had to be redone. Generally, the home is well planned and attractive and salesman and supervisors very caring and responsive.

You not only get a great home for the price per square foot, but it includes all of the features most homebuilders charge large amounts of extra dollars.

My husband and I started building our new home in NC from all the way across the country in AZ. The process was simple and we were sent progress pictures every couple of weeks from the building manager. Now after being in our home for 2 months, we could not be more happy with our decision to build with Lennar. Our home is absolutely gorgeous and built beautifully. The Lennar team has also remained available to answer any questions that have come up within the past couple of months which has been a great perk! 10/10 in our book!

As first time home-buyers, my husband and I were understandably nervous and at times a bit overbearing throughout the build and buying process. Every employee from the sales office to the loan officers to the closing crew were very friendly and patient in answering every one of our questions.
