We had a great experience with Lennar. From the sales team to construction, everyone was very helpful and answered any concerns we had throughout the process. Greg, Ross and Angela have made this experience so enjoyable. We love our new home.

As a buyer not living in the Portland area, keeping the communication going was very important. The Lennar team communicated on a regular basis and maintained the timelines they had committed both before and after the handover. Impressed by the Professionalism, be it from sales, finance or maintenance teams.

The process with Lennar was exceptional from beginning to end when we got our keys. The team frequently checked in with us on how the home was progressing and having that transparency was crucial as at the time of construction we lived very far. We appreciate all the hardwork the team has put into making these houses a home and we look forward to enjoying our home for years to come.

As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed by all of our options. There were many lived-in homes that were around the same price point as a new Lennar home. We decided to go with Lennar and it was a great decision! From our first experience with the sales consultant to our closing day, we were cared for and felt confident about our decision. My experience with Lennar is great

Support for customer centers is good and it is good to receive complaints through video calls.

The entire process from initial meeting to get on the waiting list to our final walk through, closing and getting the keys to our new home was seamless and an incredible experience. The quality of the home is above standard as we had walked through many competitor home builders and was always impressed with every detail and quality of materials Lennar has to offer. I can tell you as a new home buyer of a Lennar home it is so sound proof you can't hear a dog bark, a car pass by or playing neighborhood kids. You won't be disappointed in what Lennar has to offer.

All the teams in Lennar are extremely amazing. The new home consultants, the sales, the loan officers are all very supportive and made our home buying process very easy and seamless. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They are always there to answer our questions at all times. This is regardless of their busy schedule. One thing we highly recommend is to use everything Lennar - it makes life super easy. + the amount that Lennar put towards the closing coast is generous. Thank You Lennar Team!!! From the sales people to the construction manager top quality!! We couldn’t wait to see was done from day to day. Everything went so well. Even after moving in it was fun walking up and down streets under construction Everyone said hi and was so considerate. Thanks to everyone.
