My experience with Lennar was outstanding. I’m a real estate professional and I’ve worked with many builders. This builder team including salespeople, construction managers and customer support members were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The sales team (Greg and Paul) for Valencia Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and make the process as seamless as possible. The construction team (Nate and Ozzie) listened to my concerns and made sure things were done right or corrected promptly. The follow-up after we closed has also been excellent. Rich treated us like family to make sure every detail was taken care of. Regardless of how busy he was, he never made you feel as though he didn’t have time to address your needs and accommodate to your time. Lennar is lucky to have him. :)
