I’ve bought 2 homes this year and would like more. I bought my 1st Lennar home Jan in Sherman, TX and my 2nd in Greenville, TX. It’s the easiest 2 purchases I’ve ever made. Value, Quality and everyone I’ve met at Lennar has been great. Thanks and I’ll be seeing y’all soon.

Amazing builder and smooth buying process

I have waited until the sales and building process was completed before writing this review. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get the value and quality of construction so I watched my house being built daily. Upon meeting our construction manager and walking through the house, I was immediately impressed by his willingness to answer questions and address the concerns I raised, most of which he had already marked up to correct. I soon realized he really wanted to be great at his job and possessed the skills and abilities needed to be successful. Throughout the construction process we came to trust him completely. Then as the house was almost completed we found we were going to need a bigger home. Our Salesperson was very understanding and made the switch to another house across the street seamless! This was an unexpected experience. This home was already completed but was overseen by the same construction manager. That gave us the peace of mind to move forward. From start to finish, Lennar has gone above and beyond our expectations. We love our new home and the community and look forward to enjoying the lifestyle this community affords us. ... Más

The people I work with were always quick and courteous. The building manager was very professional and spontaneous in his reactions and work. Employees were professional and courteous.

I really like my new home.Well built and well insulated.The energy bill savings really add up.

We lived in Texas during the process. Much of our experience was done virtual. Everyone could not have been more gracious and helpful. We requested updates and pictures of the homes progress and they starting sending them to us every Friday. It was incredible.

The team was very thorough on getting the few items that needed attention before closing …especially Mike. Kim was awesome on the walkthroughs…..explained everything very well.

We came from out of town for a beginning process of transition. Twice issues came caused questions. Vanessa came by personally resolved the issues.

Everything was as they said it would be. Any things brought to their attention were immediately taken care of. All the little things on the punch list were taken care of

There were so many emails exchanged with various documents that needed to be signed. I wish there was one comprehensive packet that we could sign all at once instead of going back and forth, as it was quite overwhelming. The process of streamlining needs to be improved.

Honest, Reliable, Responsive to issues

Lennar produces a good home at a good price, the purchase was easy, and the warranty support has been quick. Any home buyer has to consider their options: Existing home Custom build Small local builder Huge builder "spec home" eg Lennar Existing home inventory can be random and frustrating, and often the value isn't great. Custom new builds will always be more expensive. Small local builders may have more customization and more luxurious finishes, but you'll pay a premium for that. Huge builders like Lennar have honed their floorplans and construction over the years, and the result is an appealing mainstream home at probably the best value of any of your options. There's no customization, and it's not high end luxury like, say, Toll Brothers, but you're also going to save a lot of money. Every new home will have a few warranty items for repair, and issues have been quickly addressed so far. ... Más
