Everyday I walk into my new Lennar home, I can’t believe it belongs to me! I feel so blessed to own such a beautiful home! Lennar did an excellent job. Any issues we have had since moving in, the Customer Care department has been amazing! They take care of our issues/concerns right away and do it with a great level of professionalism! I would definitely recommend Lennar!

Lennar builds homes that are walk-in ready. Their are no hidden costs and everything is included. Other homebuilders charge you for every little thing, Lennar does not do that. They also hire the sweetest staff, from the person who sells you the home to the lender to the inspector to the on site helper person and so forth. You have a 1 year warranty to get anything fixed that you need. It's a bargain when you get solar panels, flooring, recessed lighting, tankless water heater, appliances, and so much more!

Model home customer service lady was incredible. We asked numerous questions that I’m sure became annoying but she didn’t show it at all. Once we were under contract I thought she would be less helpful since there pretty much was no backing out for us. She continued to be extremely reachable and there for us. The whole process of waiting for our home to build was awesome, thanks to her great customer service. Once we got into our home, we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Of course everything wasn’t perfect and when we had to put in a work order for something to be fixed/adjusted/looked at, the home customer service guy was just as good. If he could fix it himself, he would come by and do it. If not, he would have someone come by to take care of it. Not only that, he helped me install my bedroom ceiling lights!!! Just incredible customer service all around with Lennar. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase. We love our home and get many compliments from family and friends. ... Más
