I researched google for complaints and resolutions before I chose a builder. And Lennar was easily the best choice. When I had very minor issues. The Lennar team took care of them extremely quickly. There customer service is excellent.

The home buying was terrific l really liked the budget school video, before our closing date.

Everyone was very nice and showed us the different options we had for the square footage and type of home we had in mind. The house was done couple of weeks sooner than we expected. Also met a realtor at the office that listed our house for sale. Our house sold the first day it was listed, and he was very helpful in all aspects of our sale and purchase. Crew chief made sure any problems we found in the new build were taken care of quickly. We worked with a great bunch of people and we love our new house.

I was a little unhappy with the fact that I was basically threatened by Daniel, with being cancelled for the fact that I wanted to use my own lender. He said that order came from the top ( corporate ) NOT COOL GUYS!! But other than that, everything once passed that point was GREAT really GREAT!! Everyone in my opinion was stellar!! I will definitely refer you to loved ones and friends , HOWEVER , I may mention that one sticking point ! Overall… I give you a 9 !

This is my 9th Lennar build and the best experience. Build on time and the mortgage process was amazing.

Home buying experience down to the tee! Lennar Homes have figured it out. Buyers have the option to go with an outside lender or thru Lennar homes Mortgage with added benefit or discount. We opted to go with our previous Lender from our first mortgage. It’s the buyer’s choice and you’re in control of that decision which is important since you’re making one of the biggest purchases in your life. Home location & appliances are top notch with everything is included appliances (basic +washer & dryer, & fridge). Our Lennar Real estate agent at the Collection at St. Cloud did an outstanding job keeping us informed about the developments in our home buying process. And made sure to communicate our concerns with Lennar Homes. It was clear that she was also looking out for us. We really appreciate her excellent customer service. We highly recommend Lennar Homes to anyone dreaming of owning a home. It’s been 3 months since we’ve relocated from the east coast and we’re still in awe that our California dreaming is now a California living for real!!! And we are blessed & well positioned only by the grace of God to be able to live in sunny North County San Diego in this next chapter of our life’s adventure. Thanks be to God. ... Más
