We were the last buyer in the buildout phase. From contract to closing escrow was about 3 months! We got the GenSuite model. Good value for the price we paid. Everyone was great to work with.

I am really pleased with the purchase . The trenton floor plan is really good. From start to finish the process was very smooth. My lennar salesman Austin was very responsive. Even after entering the house ifvwe raise any warranty request it is adressed immediately. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend others to buy

Our entire experience with Lennar has been EXCELLENT. From the 1st time we walked into the sales office thru the closing and then onto warranty work has been top notch. Our salesman, Bill, was very professional, knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us. He never “pressured “ us, he devoted a lot of his time with us and answered all our questions. Matt helped with our 90 day warranty items. He was thorough to ensure all our concerns were resolved. What we found very impressive, is he kept us informed every step, he returned our calls in a very timely manner and was professional and friendly. First, I would like to start with my sales rep from Lennar Yisset, she was amazing from a rating 1-10 I give her a 20, she was there for us through each step and was available 24/7 for any question we needed she was there and if she didn’t know she would get it, she is professional, caring, and loving person, we consider her as part of our family. Home buying experience with Lennar is great

I can go on and on about the Great experience i had ( even during the frustrating moments) with the Lennar Staff during my New build Home process. But, Ahmed, Shetalia, and Brookx stayed right with me until the end. They were consistent, accurate and genuinely concerned to be sure i was satisfied. In the end because of their persistent to provide Quality customer service I am very Blessed and Happy with my New Build home!! Thanks Lennar!!

Beautiful house at reasonable price. LENNAR team was responsive and accommodating. The loan officer Gene, was professional, attentive and kind. Through the closing process he was patient and kind and this was extremely important and made the process less stressful. Very happy for my purchase. One important thing is that I would have like to received more clarity on the HOA - they are not as responsive.
