Everyone from was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions and all were answered. It is a beautiful area and the homes are very beautiful too.

Our realtor Tommy was amazing from start to finish. Any question we had was answered very quickly! The home we bought is beautiful. We had an inspection and the comment was this is one of the nicest new builds he had ever seen. The process for the loan was also outstanding. Plus the follow up for any issues quick and efficient. From start to finish was seamless. Great experience from the sales team, mortgage lender, walk thru, contractor, and welcome team, My experience couldn’t have been better. The entire team was professional. Communication was effortless. The couple of minor details that were picked out during walk thru could have waited but the team insisted they would be fixed before close and were done within hours. I didn’t have to ask of fight for anything. Plus, I was moving from out of state and they did everything possible to make my purchase painless. It has been over 30 yrs. since I last purchased my previous home. I sold my home and was looking to downsize. Looked at different builders, but really like the Lennar model I looked at. Then, I was pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive and customer friendly the purchase process would be. From the first sale representative, to the finance process and move in, Lennar professionals were with me every step of the way. I really appreciated their kindness and support.

So far so good. I had a few small issues but they where taken care of in a timely manner. Overall happy.

We were looking for a one floor home with a front porch that had a big kitchen and a big back overhang with a patio. This house came with a lot of storage for our necessities. It's a great neighborhood that is close to beach access.
