We were looking for a winter home in FL near family and Lennar homes was a good investment for our purposes. We also got a very nice house for a great price. We are still moving into the house but all seems to be very good so far.

From start to finish was seamless. Great experience from the sales team, mortgage lender, walk thru, contractor, and welcome team, My experience couldn’t have been better. The entire team was professional. Communication was effortless. The couple of minor details that were picked out during walk thru could have waited but the team insisted they would be fixed before close and were done within hours. I didn’t have to ask of fight for anything. Plus, I was moving from out of state and they did everything possible to make my purchase painless.
