We previously had a Lennar home and welcomed another! Erik in sales is a Rockstar! Knowledgeable, personable, experienced just an all around great person. We went thru 6 other builders here in Babcock and he is light-years ahead of all of them. Joshua our customer relations - after-build, is exceptional. Knowledgeable and helped us navigate our new home, he was effective and expedited our punch list! From start to finish we couldn't be happier!

We moved across the country to this Lennar community. Everyone we have dealt with from the realtors, to the closing agents, to the construction and warranty people have been a delight to deal with. We have only been here a couple of months, but we have no complaints.

I thought buying a house was going to be a big process, stress and so much more. I’m glad I was wrong or at least that’s how my realtor, lender and Lennar made it seem for me and as a single parent I’m so grateful for them. Overall the buying process was great! Only down side is they are building 2 story houses behind us on a higher ground level where they can see everything towards my home literally window to window. you would think they would build single story homes instead and leave the 2 story homes for the other side of the street for a little more privacy or make you aware of future plans before the purchase. ... Each level of the process was prompt and professional. Being the purchase was from out of state we relied a lot on each member of the Lennar team at each phase of construction. Communication was informative and when questions arose each team responded timely addressing them. Post closing service team addressed our punch list timely too! Overall, a great home buying experience!

The purchasing experience was smooth and organized. My only issue is the amount of registering required for each Mirada association after purchase. This is my second Lennar home. I would recommend Lennar if you are looking to purchase a new home.

Working through the Mortgage process was excellent. The people at Lennar Mortgage basically walked me through everything including the closing. It was very easy, thank you Lennar!

We went from we’re just taking a look at an open house to unexpectedly buying a new construction home. For years we had been eyeing Medley homes for when the time was right. Then we met with Joe and we went over all the incentives and before you knew it we were putting a down payment. The entire purchasing process went incredibly smooth. Everything was transparent and amazing communication from everyone involved. We used Lennar Mortgage and title and it was all seamless. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry in the past and know home buying perils. I was completely in shock at how smooth everything went as they prepared us for everything. Have been in the house for over a month and just last week entered three work orders and was impressed at how fast all were fixed. Really have nothing but praise so far. Great experience from the salesperson to the loan agent to the builder

My wife & I moved to North Carolina in late 2023. We were renting a townhome in Wake Forest, NC. We are both retired. We have usually bought existing homes but there was little inventory and all were over-priced. We decided to look at new construction. After some searching we found Lennar was building homes in two subdivisions near Garner, NC. We toured a number of homes in their Annandale subdivision. The lots were large (immediate plus) and we liked the layout of a few of their models. Our rental lease was due to expire in May of this year. The sales rep, Traci, showed us which lots and homes were expected to complete construction in May. We had a specific requirement for a downstairs bedroom with walk-in shower as my wife's 90+ year old mother will be coming to live with us. The Landrum III met our needs and we were able to select our desired lot. Traci offered incentives for the purchase and the price was better than any existing home. The construction manage, Chandler, assigned to us was fabulous. He kept us appraised of progress and answered all our questions. We obtained our mortgage through Lenner at a better than market rate. Lennar has an excellent customer oriented buying and quality control process. We closed on the house on May 1st. I have heard too many horror stories associated with new construction. I absolutely LOVE my new Lennar home!! I love the community feel, the location, and the home itself! The builders did such an amazing job of making sure to include very nice finishing touches. Love the open layout, and love the feel! I would highly recommend Lennar to other home buyers!
