We went from we’re just taking a look at an open house to unexpectedly buying a new construction home. For years we had been eyeing Medley homes for when the time was right. Then we met with Joe and we went over all the incentives and before you knew it we were putting a down payment. The entire purchasing process went incredibly smooth. Everything was transparent and amazing communication from everyone involved. We used Lennar Mortgage and title and it was all seamless. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry in the past and know home buying perils. I was completely in shock at how smooth everything went as they prepared us for everything. Have been in the house for over a month and just last week entered three work orders and was impressed at how fast all were fixed. Really have nothing but praise so far. My wife & I moved to North Carolina in late 2023. We were renting a townhome in Wake Forest, NC. We are both retired. We have usually bought existing homes but there was little inventory and all were over-priced. We decided to look at new construction. After some searching we found Lennar was building homes in two subdivisions near Garner, NC. We toured a number of homes in their Annandale subdivision. The lots were large (immediate plus) and we liked the layout of a few of their models. Our rental lease was due to expire in May of this year. The sales rep, Traci, showed us which lots and homes were expected to complete construction in May. We had a specific requirement for a downstairs bedroom with walk-in shower as my wife's 90+ year old mother will be coming to live with us. The Landrum III met our needs and we were able to select our desired lot. Traci offered incentives for the purchase and the price was better than any existing home. The construction manage, Chandler, assigned to us was fabulous. He kept us appraised of progress and answered all our questions. We obtained our mortgage through Lenner at a better than market rate. Lennar has an excellent customer oriented buying and quality control process. We closed on the house on May 1st. I have heard too many horror stories associated with new construction. I absolutely LOVE my new Lennar home!! I love the community feel, the location, and the home itself! The builders did such an amazing job of making sure to include very nice finishing touches. Love the open layout, and love the feel! I would highly recommend Lennar to other home buyers!

Everyone from start to finish was very professional and was very smooth. Always was prompt with calls and information.

I was staying in a hotel after selling my home and wanted to move in quickly. Ethan was able to get my home finished early. KC with Lennar Mortgage finished up my financing and a quick closing date was set. The house has been great and I haven’t had any issues.

This is not my first time buying a Lennar home. But just like the first time this process was completely seamless from start to finish. Everything happened on schedule and I was constantly being updated with the progress. Everyone from my home by concierge to the construction manager fulfilled their promises And make sure that I had a great home buying experience! Lennar is definitely the way to go if you want a fair price great workmanship, great craftsmanship and a great product.
