Excellent service and prompt delivery

Lennar works hard to make sure the home buying process is easy and seamless. Of course there were a few hic-ups along the way, but they were easily worked out. Communication was wonderful as well. I just have a few things still needing repair, but all in all, it is a great home and I love living here.

Ben was very helpful, responded to questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. He made sure the process was seamless. Not only did he make himself available during the closing process, but afterwards, well. Glad to know he will be in the development for years to come. My family appreciates him greatly.

Great eperience, this is our second Lennar home and have always been very satisfied. They ensure that you understand the workings of the house, very good at responding to any issues. They care about the owners after they buy, our street is still under construction and they are street sweeping a couple of times a day.

Everything was quick and easy really. Nice sales guy. Great finance dept., and very nice warranty team. So new is what I wanted and new is what i got. Didn't even really need a realtor honestly, it's best without one in my opinion, for new homes. Affordable, and my VA home loan worked great. I moved in in under a month. This was the first time purchasing a home through Lennar, I've purchased about 6 homes in my lifetime, must say Lennar has topped them all. From the young lady in the office to the title/closing folks, everyone was top notch, they know their job, very polite, patient, and considerate. Additionally, they offer so many amenities to their homes, nicely built, and very much up-to-date with the latest technology. They worked diligently to close the loan, I've never closed on a loan from day 1 to finish in 30 days. The loan was fully funded in 30 days. All was well. The home design and floor plan are perfect for our modern family. Sales team was wonderful. I’ve only had minor issues and have found that the builder’s rep is apparently too busy and some are addressed timely and some are ignored, luckily all are truly minor (and not related to construction) and I fix myself, but he should have. Lennar financing and incentives were the best offered at the time and made ownership possible. However, the Lennar Lender was a chaotic, lengthy, and untimely situation that ultimately resolved in my favor and I was approved for a VA mortgage and we are delighted to be in our new home!!! I just referred a friend to Lennar because we should all be so happy in a new home. ... Más
