We bought a new home from Lennar and we got a great deal. Our home has many upgrades compared to the other builders. Easy financing with lowest rate . We had a couple of small warranty issues that were handled with ease and quickly .

The team was professional, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide updates. The quality of the home is impressive – everything from the layout to the finishes reflects Lennar’s attention to detail. I also really appreciated their “Everything’s Included” approach, which made the process less stressful as we didn’t have to spend even more on the appliances!

My wife and I had a great experience working with sales consultants, builders, loan officers and everyone in between. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Listened and explained everything to us in a way we could understood our questions and concerns and answered all our questions in a way that made sense to us. They all worked with us on our schedule to accommodate our needs. It felt like we were dealing with family the whole time. Great experience!

This was my first home buying experience and Lennar made the process seamless! Everyone I worked with through the process was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent craftsmanship on the home. Highly recommend Lennar!

Dealing with the loan underwriting was a complete nightmare ! I almost gave up and was willing to give up the deposits totaling $9,000. The system at Lennar is very poor! I was told I was conditionally approved only then to be told that I needed to provide more and more information causing us to postpone our original closing date. I am afraid I would NEVER have a good word about Lennar Mortgage. In fact I would advise them to not get involved at all costs!
