The builder is good and my loan officer

This was my first home buying experience and Lennar made the process seamless! Everyone I worked with through the process was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent craftsmanship on the home. Highly recommend Lennar!

Dealing with the loan underwriting was a complete nightmare ! I almost gave up and was willing to give up the deposits totaling $9,000. The system at Lennar is very poor! I was told I was conditionally approved only then to be told that I needed to provide more and more information causing us to postpone our original closing date. I am afraid I would NEVER have a good word about Lennar Mortgage. In fact I would advise them to not get involved at all costs!

Great experience from the initial orientation to closing. Very responsive and helpful.

This was the fourth home I have purchased and it was the smoothest experience by far. Michelle and Christina were amazing throughout the entire process. Moving into a brand new home with no flaws found yet, had been a comforting and priceless experience.

It was really simple buying a new build through Lennar. Lots of clear communication throughout the entire process. One of the best parts of tiny experience was Robin, one of the quality control guys, who helped with one of my walk through and gave me a lot of real advice on house maintenance. They have a great sales team and if you have a problem, it’s taken care of fast and to your liking.

The home and neighborhood are outstanding, but what kept me with Lennar was the no-pressure sales experience with Eugene. He listened to what I wanted, found us a great deal on an even better fit than I thought, and let us buy when it was right for us.
