My home purchasing experience with Lennar was seamless. Being assigned a homebuyer concierge, Lauren, was brilliant. It was great having a contact available to guide and answer questions. Escrow officer Stephanie was also instrumental in my positive experience. Cole gave a great orientation and walk-through. It didn’t stop there. Lennar provides an app which gives information for tasks to keep our homes in good condition. These seasonal recommendations are especially helpful for those experiencing a new climate.

All of the Lennar personnel were highly knowledgeable and professional in helping the buying of my new construction home. They were relentless in pursuing my documents to ensure complete qualification to acquire the home.

Great service, answered all questions within a reasonable time. dealt with one person as the process continued. One thing I would recommend is that Lennar would be mindful that most clients work a regular 9 to 5, and it may be difficult to take calls.

We are first time home buyers and I was assisted by lennar peeps. From the sales agent to the financial person, closing, etc etc up to the walkthrough, Lennar assisted us into buying our new home. As first time home buyers there are a lot of information that we didn’t know. They answered every question that we have to make the process easier. The house is brand new. We love our new home. It’s price is reasonable for the house and it’s quality. For future home buyers, if there are property that interests you, move fast.

When I 1st started looking for homes in Feb '24 the 1st 2 sales rep's could not answer any of my question about Prosperity Lakes. Then when I asked other sales rep's in the office "you need to ask you sales agent". I was on my way out to go home when I meet Kevin in the driveway. I asked him if he could help me and answer some questions. He was Fantastic and answered all my questions that the other did not know or would not answer. Then the following week we went to see him with more questions, he was no longer working in Prosperity Lakes - transferred out. I took a chance and asked the sale that told Kevin was no longer there to help us. Her name was Kimberly V and she was willing to help us with getting a house for us. She is why we are here in Prosperity Lake today. She is "FANTASTIC" in her job; knows all the answers to your questions; great follow up on a weekly bases or if something new opens up and great personally. Thanks to her working with us for 11 months we were able to obtain this new home that we are in now. We are so happy with Kimberly V that we recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Prosperity Lakes you with not be sorry.
