First, I would like to start with my sales rep from Lennar Yisset, she was amazing from a rating 1-10 I give her a 20, she was there for us through each step and was available 24/7 for any question we needed she was there and if she didn’t know she would get it, she is professional, caring, and loving person, we consider her as part of our family. Thank you agin Yisset for everything. Now when it comes to our new home, we love it and we haven’t had any issues, but am sure Lennar would take care of it if we should have one, Lennar always been an amazing builder and very trustworthy with some many beautiful homes. For such a complex process, the Lennar team made it seem easy. Home buying experience with Lennar is great

I can go on and on about the Great experience i had ( even during the frustrating moments) with the Lennar Staff during my New build Home process. But, Ahmed, Shetalia, and Brookx stayed right with me until the end. They were consistent, accurate and genuinely concerned to be sure i was satisfied. In the end because of their persistent to provide Quality customer service I am very Blessed and Happy with my New Build home!! Thanks Lennar!!

My overall experience was phenomenal

Beautiful house at reasonable price. LENNAR team was responsive and accommodating. The loan officer Gene, was professional, attentive and kind. Through the closing process he was patient and kind and this was extremely important and made the process less stressful. Very happy for my purchase. One important thing is that I would have like to received more clarity on the HOA - they are not as responsive.

Lennar made buying this home so smooth and easy. From the very beginning, start to finish was fantastic. Jessica was great from the start. No pressure, just facts and she made us feel very confident.. The construction superintendent walked us through the house and gave detailed feedback. I believe the house is superior workmanship. We really enjoy the floor plan! Nothing like it we looked at before. Thank you!

Buying from Lennar was one of the best decisions in my life. The buying process was smooth. Outstanding work done by different people all working together.

2nd home purchased at Oak Hammock in DeLand. Great deal on the house, great salesperson (once again, Madison Schuster comes through) and the closing process was smooth (thank you Kristen Koener). House was professionally inspected pre-close and our inspector remarked how well built the house was. We may just buy one or two others there!

I was HIGHLY impressed with the professionalism of Lennar. They were very detailed oriented to my needs and wants. I was highly satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend to others.

A few little start up issues but the builder is very responsive in addressing any concerns. Very happy with the construction and location.

Everything ran smoothly from the sale to the mortgage and title to the build. I loved how the app had milestones. We couldn't be happier in our new home. I would definately recommend Lennar as a builder. An amazing experience!
