A great buying eperience and good quality.

I worked with Amber in the main office and she has been awesome from the very beginning was extremely helpful. Amber is friendly, patient and truly had my best interests in mind which made this process much less stressful. The folks in finance were also very thorough and friendly as well.

I am so grateful that I was recommended Lennar builders because they gave me a chance to be a homeowner again after selling my last home with really bad broken Foundation. Being on disability Lennar builders gave me a chance and also I have brand new affordable living. How can you beat that ? Thank God for Lennar builders and all of their hard working team.

Everything was done well, from the models (self guided tours) and buying process with Melissa. Always quick responses and very knowledgeable. New construction, so far is excellent.

The entire Lennar process was great, not only was it quick to get me in my new home but so many added bonuses in the process. My house was very well built. House is well laid out for function and use. This is my 4th new house. The only negative is they don't put the little touches in house. There is not towel rack in bathrooms or medicine cabinet. Lennar built my first house 26 years ago and they had everything in it. I would rate my house a 9 out of 10 because they did not do the little things that would have made the house 100% complete. I am happy with the house and workmanship. I would recommend a Lennar home. There are serval persons I would like to acknowledge that made this experience a great one. Thank you Derrich (construction team). He sent me videos and kept me posted. His team made sure my home was ready an error free as possible. Cody: he was so very thorough in the walk thru. He went out of his way to work with Derrich before I got there to decrease any warranty defects before they would happen. And lastly, Gregg. I wouldn't have begun the process without him. He answered all my concerns up front and was excellent to work with. Thank you Lennar Team.

Great home design, great price, great overall experience. Would suggest that Lennar sell their homes without Lennar’s kitchen and bathrooms and offer an option for owner to put in their own kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, appliances etc. after purchase.

Each and every Lennar personnel were knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressures and they provided me with options to meet my needs and wants. Thankfully, there were a few different style homes and the staff were patient in showing me all of them that met my criteria. Actually, the home I purchased was not even on my self chosen list. After making my decision, each member from the mortgage preparation to the closing explained the steps and provided guidance. As with any home purchase, you may need some tweaks addressed. The process to request some assistance in having a service technician come look at my inquiry has also been great. They are extremely timely in their response and the issues have been resolved.
