Our search came to an end with this new construction community. We liked that it would be less homes & no pool or clubhouse. It suited us. Bill was very pleasant to deal with & very helpful to answer all our questions. Our townhouse is everything we wanted. There were no issues or problems. Everyone we’ve dealt with is very friendly

It works great hope it last a couple of years

From the time I saw my home until the time we moved in, the process was smooth, easy and everyone was friendly and understanding. The home had a few "dings", but Lennar's team took care of all concerns quickly. I would recommend that the Lennar sales team make it clear that outside garage lighting, inside kitchen cabinet hardware and backsplash finish is not provided. That was my only surprise. As it turns out, we got to choose our own., but it should be mentioned at the start. I would recommend possibly considering another appliance provider. My husband played the golf course and loved it. every phase was first class from Dee in the sales office, the building on time, the walk through, Rusty in finance, the closing of course we love the home. One thing would be to let the buyer know that Lennar does offer insurance which is very reasonable. Apparently, there was some confusion about the availability in the state of California and so it should be made clear that at least in my area Lennar did provide insurance.

It was great and easy to work with the Agent and the Mortgage team it was a breeze. I would recommend it at any time, especially when we need a trusted person we can lean on.

We absolutely love our new home and would purchase again!!! The sales member Joanna was amazing and helped us a lot. Cole was our loan officer who did an amazing job. Any repairs needed after we moved in so far have been very small and fixed very quickly!! Great buying experience.
