Overall, the process was very fast as we were in a rush to buy. Many documents were needed, and we were asked to resubmit the same documents at least 8-10 times, instead of me submitting to one portal where everything could be accessed. There were times where I felt we were not the customer in the process, and we seemed like a bother for not knowing certain processes, though we were first time buyers and could have used proper guidance. Tristyn and Shane were AMAZING. They both did their absolute best and went above and beyond to communicate well with us and be those guides during this process. The home my wife and I purchased we absolutely love. It is definitely a great value and a lot thought and intention went behind the design. Solid materials are used and the only critique about the property itself would be the low quality interior paint, definetely recommend repainting the interior to a scuff resistant paint. However, the home buying process was very hectic. To get the best deal we had to sign all the contract paperwork in less than 36 hours and some of the paperwork wasn't received until a few hours before the deadline. Additionally, since Lennar is such a big company the left hand didn't seem to know what the right was doing. We were told to speak to one person for updates and then forwarded to another person. We would seek simple information and not receive an answer for a few weeks. Some questions didnt get answered until a few days before closing. To get all the closing credits from Lennar we also had only 30 days to close which made everything really hectic. The 30 days wouldn't have been as bad if we received prompt responses and were better guided through the process. On our closing day we came back to the home for the first time to see someone had left poop in one of our bathrooms. We reported it and were immediately contacted by management who did apologize and advise that the matter was being investigated. Closing on the house was a nightmare. It was very unorganized. They were wanting me to close when the house had many issues.. Since closing, I’ve found many more issues and corners that were cut but the customer care rep is responsive about the things the can fix.

The closing process lacked so much communication between builder and lender; lender trying to get me to do actions that were not possible due to builder had not completed their part. In comparison between Lennar and DR Horton, to me the materials aren't much difference... price difference of $68k less and Lennar being 100sq ft more. I bought the home built as is. I do prefer Lennar's floor plans. I believe it's a good 1st home purchase based on price, construction, location and potential in value to grow in the next 5-10 years. Be sure to have a good realtor.

The counter top in the kitchen is not good quality, with the price for the house, they could put better quality for counter top in the kitchens, it’s sensitive to hot plate. Also all the bathroom are vinyl, they could make it tile with no extra cost ….. After the closing, reaching to them was hard. I got my correct mailbox key after one month.

Took so long for approval.

Basically, buying from Lennar is a case for "buyer beware." It's not that they build an inferior product, however, corners are cut numerously when it comes to design and providing any sort of choice in materials. Lennar is also incredibly inflexible on almost any request once the sales contract is signed. It's basically a take it or leave it attitude. For my part, I was in a hurry to buy, for personal reasons, and I didn't spens enough time researching Lennar, or their other local developments. Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5) My overall experience with the construction of my house was mixed. The process started well, but later changes made by the builder turned things stressful and unpleasant. I’m confident Stephan (the salesperson) did his best, and I want to acknowledge that the construction team was always reliable and friendly. The warranty team also deserves credit—they responded quickly and efficiently to every request I submitted, which I greatly appreciate. Logan from Lennar Mortgage provided excellent service as well. However, the quality of the house is not the best, which is why I’m giving three stars. My biggest concern was the management during construction: the manager’s approach felt inconsistent, and frankly, it seemed like you had to push too hard to get things resolved. That shouldn’t be part of the experience. For future buyers: Stephan, the construction team, and the warranty team did, and continue to do, a good job. My main concern is that the manager doesn’t honor agreements. If this improves, the experience could be much better. ... Más

No doubt Lennar had the most competitive offer of all the new build builders. However I wouldn’t say the quality of our $900k+ home matches others in a similar price point. Are the homes well insulated…no. It is builder grade all the way. Unfortunately builder grade has eroded the past 10years so quality and materials are suspect. Baseboards are literally cardboard. Really … vacuum cleaner nicked a corner. It was peeled like cardboard This is the only Lennar home I’ve bought and it will be last. I’ll look again further regional builders who put more effort into the product

The sales process was rocky for me. My real estate agent was rude at times when I had questions along the way. I’ve had a few issues to deal with once moved in. I feel like the after sales experience has been better than the purchase experience. Robert has been very responsive helping me resolve the issues with my Ring Doorbell and defective dishwasher.

Overall ok there are some things that could be done more efficient. Return call from Corina almost never happened. Response to concerning things regarding identifying my condo i don't like. We need something in front of the unit that identifies address. Still have not received how we address that. The numbers are on the side of the unit instead of in front. Doesn't help when we get deliveries to have to figure out which place to deliver because numbers are not in front of the unit.

Upon having disastrous closing in which the final punchout was not completed, we were threatened that if we postponed the closing, it would be rescheduled 2 weeks later; so we closed. As soon as we did wanting punch out items addressed, we were told, that's no longer our responsibility, you have to call warranty. Now the story changes: warranty apologized for what we faced and has worked diligently towards getting us to enjoy our home. Still not happy with a driveway pour that was rushed and finshed wet that shows an abundance of imperfection. I welcome and invite further follow-up from Lennar. We love our home and Henderson Estates and would not do anything to discourage one from seeking to move here. It is just unfortunate that we ran into a difficult transition to our new home. The homes are built with cheap materials, walls are thin and you can hear every little noise from neighbors and cars. They do not level the backyard or remove invasive weeds with thorns and stickers. The buyer is responsible for excavating the backyard and the fencing.

Todo el proceso con Lennar como prestamista hipotecario fue muy estresante y jamás volvería a usar sus servicios. Con un historial crediticio excelente y un patrimonio considerable, me sentí tratado como si estuviera sin trabajo ni dinero. Mi agente inmobiliaria, Rosalie, fue excepcional; sin duda, la mejor empleada de Lennar en esta zona.

Me impresionó el proceso inicial, pero me dieron muy poca información sobre qué esperar una vez que recibiera las llaves de mi casa. No recibí ningún paquete de bienvenida ni saludos del equipo, como sí me había pasado con otras compañías al comprar una casa nueva. Firmé el préstamo, me dieron las llaves y me fui. Me comuniqué con la constructora y el vendedor para obtener al menos información de contacto sobre a quién podía contactar o que me indicaran cómo proceder, y tuve que enviarles correos electrónicos tres o cuatro veces antes de finalmente obtener toda la información que necesitaba. Esta es mi segunda compra de vivienda. La primera fue una casa de DR Horton. El precio fue lo que finalmente me llevó a comprar esta; sin embargo, si DR Horton hubiera estado disponible, los habría elegido de nuevo. Aunque entiendo que los precios han subido, los materiales de estas casas se sienten muy baratos. El suelo es probablemente el peor que he visto, y la selección de azulejos y baños podría haber sido mucho mejor. Además, el garaje no tiene iluminación exterior y la calidad de la pintura es pésima. Todo me lo explicaron, pero con tal rapidez y profundidad que poco podría haberles contado de lo que me acababan de presentar.

Fue una experiencia bastante mixta tratar con Lennar. Supongo que hoy en día, hay mucho que hacer con la tecnología, lo que puede ser un problema para las personas mayores que no son muy expertas en tecnología. Fue un reto, sobre todo porque nos mudamos desde más de 320 kilómetros de la nueva casa. En general, la casa en sí está genial, y la asociación de propietarios parece ser decente... De nuevo, hasta ahora. La calidad de la construcción y los materiales es buena. Un problema importante es la empresa de paisajismo que instaló el césped. Busquen otra empresa de paisajismo, porque el trabajo que hicieron con el césped de esta casa (y de muchas otras del vecindario) fue realmente inaceptable. La preparación del terreno fue terrible y la maleza brotó enseguida. Nos dijeron que nivelarían el jardín, pero se hizo con prisas y no fue un buen trabajo. En general, quedamos satisfechos con el equipo de ventas y el superintendente de construcción, Reese; fueron muy profesionales y atentos. Después de un mes en la casa, todo parece ir bien con la construcción. Debo decir que la pintura es descuidada, especialmente en las molduras: hay corridas en la pintura de las molduras, está descuidada a nivel del suelo con gotas de pintura blanca y muchas manchas. Ojalá nos hubiéramos tomado más tiempo para las visitas, pero es difícil ver todo esto en tan poco tiempo. Creo que construyen muchas casas muy rápido y el ajuste y el acabado se ven afectados. En general, mi experiencia con Lennar fue positiva en muchos sentidos. El equipo de ventas fue excelente: amable, profesional y un placer trabajar con ellos. El proceso de cierre transcurrió sin problemas y con buena comunicación en todo momento. Dicho esto, la calidad de la construcción podría haber sido mejor prestando más atención a los detalles. Hubo varios problemas antes y después del cierre, pero el equipo ha sido receptivo y sigue colaborando conmigo para resolverlos. Aún quedan algunos aspectos por abordar, pero agradezco su seguimiento y esfuerzo.

No se cumplieron las promesas. El proceso del préstamo fue excelente. La inspección no fue tan buena.

El proceso de gestión de documentos de Lennar Track está completamente roto. Perdí mucho tiempo con el servicio de asistencia técnica de TI intentando que funcionara. Tanto es así que memoricé el tedioso proceso necesario para acceder. Solicité varias veces que no se colocaran más documentos allí, y lo hicieron de todos modos. Todos son muy amables, pero no escuchan. La cantidad excesiva de correos electrónicos era inconcebible. Fácilmente se podrían haber consolidado en menos de media docena que contuvieran varias tareas en una sola. Al final, nos encanta nuestra nueva casa. El calafateo fue pésimo. Muchos azulejos desportillados. Un arañazo enorme en la ducha. La respuesta a las preguntas fue lenta después del depósito inicial. Todos con los que trabajamos fueron muy amables. Como alguien que lleva 25 años en el oficio, los trabajadores no estaban cualificados.
