We toured a house like ours and liked it. It fits our tastes and budget well. The quality of workmanship and materials is great. We are very proud of this amazing home. The Lennar team has been Outstanding to work with, any problem got immediate attention making the buying experience flawless. Great place to live!

My first contact was my sales rep. Carlo kept me informed of available homes and found one for me that met all my requirements. It was new construction and in it finishing stages. Lennar mortgage worked with me and I received an excellent mortgage rate. The closing went smoothly. I am very happy with my new home, especially with some "extras" I wasn't expecting, such as the ring camera and doorbell, insect treatment port hole, gas tankless water heater, and usb ports in some of the outlets. I am very happy with the entire experience.

I have had a good experience buying my new condo. The people I worked with were very professional. Everything is on line for your paperwork. I’m not “techie” so I needed someone who was patient and helpful. Except for a few minor things, my condo was ready at my first walk through. I even got to move in earlier than I expected!

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I had a very unique family situation going on and that created some challenges for me. The Lennar family helped me navigate through the home buying process with ease. I have shared with everyone I come across about my wonderful experience.

Home orientation and walk through is excellent. All issues and repairs were addressed quickly.

The buying process was convenient and easy from the beginning to the end. The house is of good quality and I believe I have a good value for my money. The buider's team is very responsive to any of my concerns and they took care of them in a timely manner. You should know that the builder builds standard homes and they make no room for upgrades. You will have to do your upgrades on your own after you close.

Easy process. Quality was good. Any minor issues after closing were addressed promptly.

He explained the entire process and was quick to respond to our questions. Prior to closing, there were a few items in the home that we asked to quickly be addressed/fix and they were done for our move in date. We love our home and the Community!

I absolutely love the neighborhood and the homes because of the nature and it’s just a really nice community and area. I Do not believe I could’ve gotten the same home for this price in Houston. I think it would’ve been more.
