I purchased a townhouse that was already finished and the process from start to finish was very efficient. The inspection went well and there were only a few comments that were addressed in the following week. Everyone I worked with was very professional and they helped me with all the blue taping. Overall, it was an awesome experience. There was some disconnect between the loan and insurance and a correction needed to be made to the final paperwork. I got everything in place far in advance of the close date, but the final CD was not available until the day before. I would have hoped to have it a couple weeks in advance to avoid last minute activities, but other than that very smooth experience. ... Más
