Sinceramente, no estoy contento con la mano de obra de nuestro nuevo hogar. Tantas pequeñas cosas mal que deberían haberse solucionado incluso antes de que hiciéramos nuestro recorrido final. Puertas con abolladuras, el trabajo de pintura fue horrible, parece que un alumno de tercer grado construyó partes de la casa. Mano de obra excelente, Lennar contratará a cualquiera para hacer el trabajo. Cuando compra una casa nueva, espera que las cosas sean NUEVAS y que no estén ya destruidas porque los trabajadores son descuidados.

Cracks everywhere, corners are super off and not even 80 degrees, doors are not close smoothly, carpet nails sticking out everywhere. Overall very cheap.

Fit and finish was not as it should have been.

Very poor Electric placement cheap framing and we can’t get mail got to drive 6 miles to post office. So only get mail on Saturday garage door very narrow third one useless wouldn’t recommend to someone House across street same model week after we purchased dropped price 40000

I did have a home inspector for the townhouse. He found some minor issues that were addressed, but would not have been had I not had an inspector. Including a broken ceiling fan. Although the terrible over cuts to install the floor were initially ignored and I was told they would not be fixed, It was a deal breaker and I was ready to walk away. Finally, after my agent, the selling agent and the supervisor were all together, a plan to fix the problem was agreed on. It was silly that I was told this was not something that would be repaired. It never should have happened, nor should it have passed. The floor installer made the same terrible cuts on other units. Possibly those buyers had no idea that this was unacceptable. Very nice home bright and with great view.

Putting in the offer and initial approval was great and super helpful and easy. We were moving in from out of state, we HAD to close the day we flew in, technical issues made that difficult, the mortgage company waited HOURS before deciding wet signatures were okay. It took 3 days and 3 different people to figure out why we didn't have hit water, the cutouts for our washing machine weren't done and it's been one thing after another since. Now we have a leak in our bathroom and got stood up last night. The construction manager has zero clue what she is doing. I think I know more about construction than she does. I like my neighborhood, the house layout but the craftsmanship and customer service and response times could use some work. At this moment I wouldn't buy a Lennar Home again. ... Más

Lenar absolutely shocked us with closing costs higher than for resale properties. The amount of fees was incredible - even our realtor was shocked. Ended up paying over 8K extra for the house. They played a nice trick by including our initial deposit into the estimated closing cost and 'offset' the hidden increase.

Our new home is in a beautiful area of Las Vegas with mountain views. The home buying experience was fine. The craftsmanship is mediocre.

Check everything before you buy

Materials are cheap. Really disappointed. Bathroom knob was a different material. Paint was barely dry, still sticky. Home was definitely a rush job. Walls are paper thin, you can hear easily in other rooms.

Several communication issues throughout the process. Seemed as though each sales rep, finance broker and escrow agent have too many clients and attention to each client is impacted. Issues after sale have been non stop with very little assistance in resolving the issues. Lennar needs to engage with their contracted vendors to ensure issues are resolved timely without putting the client/buyer in the middle considering these are their (Lennar) vendors.

The quality of work man ship inside the house was bad. Things that should be replaced was fixed and the imperfections can still be seen. No deals or proper discounts was given.

Communication through the whole home buying process was not great. I still have emails with questions that were never responded to. The homes are nice and lot sizes are decent. Main issue we had was finding out all the things that didn’t come with the house at the final walk through. During the initial walkthrough the house was still in the finishing stages of being built and we were told specifically that the only things not included in the new build were a washer and drier and blinds. Which we were understanding of. Then on the final walk through we found out the house wasn’t going to come with a garage door opener or gutters. The situation felt sort of petty and deceiving. We asked if there was anything they could help with which resulted in nothing. Worth noting that the in house loan process was fairly easy. All in all If looking to buy in this neighborhood make sure you ask a lot of questions and understand exactly what you are getting into. ... Más

Communication process was very poor and inconsistent( another family member bought at same time we did) construction managers were not identified to us until very end and were just in a hurry to get through the process. Yard landscaping was very poor as chunks of rocks and clay were hidden under pine straw. Many plantings were in such poor shape that they died within 30 days of closing.Found broken sprinkler heads and water pressure for system is poor.

Went through the walkthrough on a friday and were supposed to close on Wednesday. Get to the home on Wednesday for final walk and most of the punch list was not completed. Construction manager said he just checked the home this morning and saw things weren't done. So no follow up and no care for getting things right. Part of the roof needed re-shingled and told on the morning not doing it. No warning or heads up, fix was shoddy work also. ended up having to have a run in the roof re-shingled day after closing.

Siento que estas casas deberían estar perfectas cuando la gente se muda a la casa que les costó tanto dinero. Pequeños detalles que podrían haber llevado más tiempo para que el propietario los perfeccionara.

En general, fue una experiencia aceptable. Nuestro representante de ventas fue fenomenal, ¡gracias, Liz! Jennifer, la encargada de los préstamos, también fue increíble. El cierre de la compra en Lennar fue genial. El recorrido estuvo bien al principio, pero luego no fue tan bueno, y el conserje no fue bueno en ningún momento.

El cierre fue una pesadilla; la fecha se retrasó debido a la falta de alumbrado público en la urbanización. Esto nos costó miles de dólares en alquiler y una doble mudanza. He estado yendo y viniendo con Lennar sobre esto y hace unas dos semanas finalmente alguien me dijo que lo cambiarían en un par de semanas. Tardamos un mes en recibir el correo y estábamos constantemente yendo y viniendo entre la oficina de correos y el constructor, que se echaba la culpa. Contacté al departamento de agua y me dijeron que Lennar nunca los contactó después del cierre para avisarles que me transfirieran la factura del agua. Claro, mi unidad estaba conectada a varios aspersores Lennar, así que estaba regando otros jardines sin saberlo. El departamento de agua está tratando de calcular cuánto debo. Les di una calificación más alta en capacidad de respuesta porque tuvimos un problema de plomería con una fuga de agua en el baño y la respuesta fue excepcional. Se resolvió de inmediato. El día antes del cierre, aún faltaban muchos detalles de la visita a la casa nueva para celebrar. Nos dijeron que estarían listos antes del cierre. No fue así. Los equipos de construcción nunca limpiaron la casa, ni por dentro ni por fuera. La puerta rompió el césped que colocaron, los gabinetes del baño estaban sin terminar y el piso ya estaba en construcción. Nos dijeron que ya habían instalado respiraderos en el techo, y la primera lluvia en la casa nueva trajo consigo charcos en todos los baños. Parece una decisión descuidada y triste; sé que algunos problemas son previsibles, pero tenemos muchos, y lo más triste es que estaba sucia al mudarnos. ... Más

No prestaron mucha atención a los detalles y cuando señalé problemas, no los abordaron muy bien o en absoluto.

No puedo usar la lavadora y la secadora juntas o se dispara el disyuntor. Después de revisarlo con mi electricista, se usó un circuito inferior y se conectó a nuestro baño. Gasté $400 para solucionarlo, ya que un supervisor de Lennar me dijo que no harían nada para solucionarlo.

Nuestra experiencia comprando una casa con Lennar no fue muy buena. Se saltaron la visita final por completo. Tuvieron que retrasar el cierre. La hipoteca con Lennar fue terrible. Nunca nos devolvieron las llamadas. En general, muy mal.

Muy decepcionado con la artesanía y la calidad de los materiales. El exterior estaba muy descuidado y sucio. El ascensor y las escaleras estaban sucios.
